The front end had a minor problem and I was assured it would be repaired after financing came through. I had him put it in writing. He had no problem doing so. It has been two months now, and I am completely pleased with my truck. NAP found me financing when no one else could, they got me the vehicle I wanted, they kept their word. My truck was repaired and I was even given a loaner while it was in the shop. It did take longer than expected to get my truck fixed due to financing, but these guys did the impossible. I did purchase the extended warranty plan for peace of mind. My payments are higher than anticipated, but due to my identity being stolen, my credit rating is absolutely zero. I went to many dealerships, got the run around and was even told at a few places I could only purchase the car they wanted to sell me. I really can't say enough good things about Alex I would recommend him to any of my friends, or anyone looking for a reliable vehicle without being pressured or promised things that just aren't going to happen. Of course due to my credit, the interest rate was a little high but I can refinance in a year or two after making payments on time. All I can say is, I got the truck I wanted and am happy I stopped in at NAP to check them out. The only reason I gave such low ratings is because the truck did not have an oil change before I bought it and the fluids had not been topped off. Other than that, I got a vehicle that will last many years and fulfill all my towing needs and I now have a truck that will pull my travel trailer when I go on vacation. I got a F-250 super duty 4X4, I don't care much for the lift kit, but it looks and runs great. More

I will never review NAP. I will never refer ANYONE to National Auto Plaza. The salesman, service team, and even the management are liars and cheaters. Both of them were so wonderful to begin with. Told us all of the right things, joked around with us, made us feel completely comfortable. Jon even told us what to expect, what to say to the managers to get the deal we wanted, and everything. Neither my husband or I felt comfortable making a decision right then, but it was the last day of the month and Jon asked us to sign the papers so he could get his bonus, and let us know that we had 3 days to cancel if we wanted. There were also minor issues with the cars that we wanted fixed before we took the cars, and he told us not to write any "repairs" on those forms because they would try to charge us, and that he would get it taken care of for us. We ended up buying 2 cars, and also referred several people to them who also bought cars. We came back within the 3 day period to cancel our contracts because we had decided that we didn't want to go through with it. We went straight to Jon, who seemed upset but agreed to help figure something out. He got his manager (Chris) involved and then DISAPPEARED. He was nowhere to be found. We had him paged several times and he never came until about an hour later. In the meantime, we were stuck with his airhead manager Chris. Chris was very unprofessional and very rude. He raised his voice to us and told us that there was nothing we could do about it. Chris ended up leaving us stranded also. Koo, the finance guy, ended up coming out and talking to us. He tried to resolve the situation, but also raised his voice to begin with. He refused to speak with my dad who was there as support. Jon showed up later on and was very emotional, told us that we were going to make him lose his job. Then he disappeared again and my husband got a text saying "I hope you're happy, I lost my job now." (To which we found out was not true, because we came back several times and he was still there.) He also texted some of the people we referred to tell them to tell us to stop. Eventually we agreed to work some things out with Koo and we took the cars home. Both of our cars, AND TWO of the cars that were bought because of our referrals, have had MAJOR issues and it has only been 6 months. We have had to spend thousands of dollars on our cars since then to get them in working, decent order. One thing is the Catalytic Converter, which would not have passed inspection. Also the trunk of the SUV will not close, which also would not pass inspection. This was also something that was promised to be fixed... broke AGAIN within a week of buying it, and they refused to fix it again. My husband's windows don't work. We dropped it off to have it fixed, and picked it up with MORE problems than when we dropped it off. And the windows are still not fixed. We were told it was under warranty because it was something they worked on before we bought the car, but then when we took it back to get worked on, they informed us that the problem i s not what they worked on before, so it would not be covered under warranty. National Auto Plaza is full of sleazy, dishonest people and I will never refer anyone there again. More
Told me there was a finance bank fee of $1000.00, just the other day the bank called to review my loan and I told them about it. No such thing! They also explained to me about a service program, little did they explain it was $2500.00! They didn't mention the price, they just told me I had it and it would cover everything. They scooted me through the building so quickly and took advantage of me having my children with me so they could get me signed and out the door. I am actually happy with the car I bought only because I went through it with a fine tooth before I paid. These guys are rip off artists nothing more. The staff was extremely dishonest and the cars were very overpriced. I was lied to about the kind of warranty I was recieving among many other things. A lot of this was my fault for not doing my research but this is definitely the worst dealership I could have gone to. More
My fiance and I went to buy our FIRST car. Greg showed us the used cars that just came in. They said they hadn't looked at these cars but their in GREAT condition. We finally came across to a 1994 Honda Acco the used cars that just came in. They said they hadn't looked at these cars but their in GREAT condition. We finally came across to a 1994 Honda Accord, it seemed to run great, but had the break light on. Greg said he'd try to get them to sell it to us for 1500. No, they didn't like that price lowest they wanted to go was 1800. So we agreed upon it because it seemed like a fantastic car. The next morning there was a huge crack in the windshield, 900 dollars worth of brake fixing, there's no antenna, stickers on the back window, etc. We noticed only some of these things. We called them to say hey, we got screwed, we'd like a few hundred dollars back. They basically told us to xxxx off. On kelly blue book, that car will only sell for 900. IF that. DO NOT go to this place, these people are down right evil. I will NEVER go back there ever again in my life. We thought we were getting into a good deal, turns out we were better off looking on KSL! Will NEVER go here again!!! Went in 3 months ago looking to trade in my car. Wasn't happy with the trade they offered so I left. Then a couple of weeks ago they called wanting to work on a deal and promis to trade in my car. Wasn't happy with the trade they offered so I left. Then a couple of weeks ago they called wanting to work on a deal and promised they would save us money so we went back. They now offered us 5,000 dollars less trade then when we went in 3 months ago. To say I was mad was an understatement!!!!!! They were looking to screw us hard and manipulated the numbers to make it not look so bad! They would not listen to any thing I would say. Every car they would show us was way over the price I told them I wanted to spend. And it was hard to get the price of the car out of them in the first place!!!! It was very irritating to have my time and gas wasted!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!! Take your business other places you'll be better off!!! I will never ever go back that's for sure!!!!! More
I went to the one in Sandy twice looking for cars and had a terrible experience. They were really helpful with trying to find me a car, however the prices were ridiculous, I took one of the cars for a test d a terrible experience. They were really helpful with trying to find me a car, however the prices were ridiculous, I took one of the cars for a test drive was not happy with the price and went out an bought the brand new version of the car for less than the used one with out any hassling. Some of the cars we test drove the first time had obvious issues that hadn't been looked at, ticking and other sound stuff, dents, and noticeable scratches that they would not adjust the price for. Although the staff was super friendly, it took me 3 weeks after my visit until they stopped emailing and calling me on a daily basis to come back in, and I have no idea how long it will be this time (yes I did let them know I was no longer interested or in need), I felt extremely pressured. Alos with both times being there, nothing is logged in correctly, I would be told I would be looking at a white car and a red one pulls up, I was told I was looking at a grey car and a bright blue one pulls up and they tell me thats the one on file. Yeah, it's nice having the 2 locations so close to each other, but when nothing is logged correctly and you feel pressured the whole drive, it wasn't worth it anymore. So if you like being pressured into something and crazy high prices you'll love this place, other than that, I would not recommend. More
