I'd never buy another vehicle from NAP My husband and I purchased a compact SUV from National Auto Plaza. We were planning to pay cash, but ended up with a loan when they sold us on a newer vehicle than we were planning on buying. Parker was our salesman, and we liked working with him. We were frustrated because they forgot to fill up the tank with gas as promised when we tried to pick up the vehicle the next day. We still arrived home and found dried up french fries in the seat belt hollows of the back seat (after they'd supposedly vacummed the vehicle 3 times). We live in Wyoming, and the first day I turned the car on to drive it, 3 separate warning/check engine lights came on. I took it to a mechanic who said the O2 sensors were bad and it would be $500 to replace them. I called NAP and the said they wouldn't pay for our mechanic to fix the sensors, nor would they fix it themselves. I decided to drive the 250 miles back to Utah to return the vehicle under their "7 day return policy." After I arrived there, the managers refused to fix it, finally coming with a concession of $150 towards the repair. I told them how frustrated I was, that several of the things we'd been told or promised hadn't happened, and then the first day home I try to drive it 3 check engine lights come on. If their detailing shop was representative of their business, than I was seeing sloppy work and people that cut corners, and certainly the bad O2 sensors weren't a coincidence. I alluded to them cearing the bad sensor codes before selling us the vehicle. The manager was very upset with me and returned to their main desk area. After a brief exchange with the other employees they all got up and walked out of the showroom--leaving me alone in the showroom for 10 minutes. When I asked about the exchange policy, I was told that I would only be given trade in value credit for the vehicle. So we'd be stuck with thousands of dollars left on the loan. Finally after several hours of negotiations, and me finally breaking down and sobbing out of frustration, the dealership agreed to replace the O2 sensors or trade me a vehicle at the price of the one I bought. They let me test drive the one exchange option I was given--a jeep. I asked what the sticker price was on the Jeep. Parker told me they would be losing money on the jeep if I took it, but they wanted to make me happy.. My husband looked it up on their website that night, and the Jeep was $1,000 less than the vehicle I had already purchased. In the end, we had them fix the O2 sensors. I appreciated that in the end, after a lot of pressure, they gave good customer service, and stood behind their product. But even with them doing that. I would never purchase a vehicle from them again. Getting them to be 'honest' and provide good customer service shouldn't take so much work from their customer. More

Great man great service Me and my girlfriend came into national auto sales in sandy utah this afternoon looking to test drive a bigger vehicle, we were greeted by Greg Joyce, Me and my girlfriend came into national auto sales in sandy utah this afternoon looking to test drive a bigger vehicle, we were greeted by Greg Joyce, he was very happy very personable and friendly. We were able to talk with him for a little bit he didn't rush on us like most sales associates do he wanted to know who we were and what we were looking for, we told him that we were here for an exact vehicle he told us it was at the other location but he had a car ready for us to go pick it up to bring it back to the sandy location and that way we could really test drive it and get a feel for it...we had a great conversation on the test drive with him he seemed very sincere and attentive, very laid back and great sense of humor. We went it and played the numbers game with him for a bit, he seemed very understanding of our financial affairs and helped us figure out what would work for us. This was to be my third car from NAP, so I've obviously had good experiences here before and Greg was able to sustain and continue the great service and friendly attitude that brought me back...so thank you Greg we appreciate you and don't take offense but I hope we don't have to see you for anything else but another car...meaning we hope this car will be a good one More
They work hard to get you the right price! I have not finished the whole process yet, but I have never had a better experience with a car sales team.
