Its like they duct tape these vehicles and polish the wheels to look good, and the rest is up to you. We've spent thousands of dollars to keep these cars going cause we were desperate for loans, which they found us lenders with high rates. I would NEVER EVER buy from them again, I would rather buy from a buy-here-pay-here place. If you do, plan on paying to keep their crappy vehicles running, And their 3000 dollars rebate, what a joke, the vehicles are 3000 or more higher than regular price, I took my last truck from them and went to LHM and got a heck of a lot better truck then they could ever dream of, please RUN somewhere else, you'll be thankful More

very dissatisfied I bought a ford F250 from nap back in February 2016 along with a 2014 ford focus about a week after I bought the truck it was in the shop wouldn't run I bought a ford F250 from nap back in February 2016 along with a 2014 ford focus about a week after I bought the truck it was in the shop wouldn't run like it was supposed to took the truck in to a shop had some work done it got it up and running again. After my 30 days was up truck went down again I've put about 4000 into the truck it still won't run had it for about 7 months and and many 3000 miles on it and I still can't drive it. We called the sales man Alex back up he said come back in and I will help make it Wright and help with it. We went back in this month to see what the would do and they didn't help at all. all they did was stuck us in another truck they payed what the truck was worth and left with a balance on the old ford but left a balance on it to high that no other bank would touch the loan so today took the truck I just got from them and took it back I would not buy from them or even walk through there doors ever again More

I purchased a truck from them ( said to have passed safety and emissions) and 2 weeks after purchasing had to put new brakes ,rotors, pads, calipers on the truck, as well as new tires due to Sun rotting. New shocks due to poor maintenance. Total spent on truck one month after purchase of truck was $6,500.00 . For things that should never have passed safety and emissions. When confronted about these problems, national auto plaza had said they were done from an outside source, when in fact I found paperwork stating that the safety and emissions were done in house!!!. Don't not buy from national auto plaza unless you're willing to spend way more than you want to!!! More

I understand they need to make their money but don't sell a car you know isn't even ready to be sold. I recommend to do 100% check on your car and make them sign a form of all the work they agree to do. Cause once they get their money your gum under their shoes.... Horrible horrible experience More
