But i am not i bought a car from the sandy location on Friday. I purchased a 1999 jeep cherokee for 1923.30. I was aware of the windshield needing replaced and a new heater core. My salesman was Bobby Davis. He was not the best he was completely in a hurry to sign me up for a loan and move on to the next buyer.He was not very attentive and passed me off to a really nice guy named Isaac. I had the car for an entire day. Went for a drive not being told that the radiator only was filled with water. It was rusted and like sluge. Radiator now needs to be replace. Called the dealership twice and first time we were ignored. Called the second time and spoke with Bobby, his answer was we can't do anything it was a cash sale. This is the worst buying experience i have ever had. I have reported them to the BBB and looking into what i can do at the state. I still have not received the title reported them to the DMV for this. I was informed that the dealership has 48hrs to supply me with the tile. All i want is the radiator replaced thats it. I was going to recommend them to others but instead i will tell them how bad they really are. So now i will end up doing the radiator myself, i am no stranger to fixing things. Had i been told that the radiator was like this i would have already done it. So basically Bobby says not our problem, I'm just a salesman. You need a manager. We will fix it at your cost. Now i wonder if any car on that lot is actually inspected or if all they do is lie to everyone. So will speak to a manager. Did look through paper work nowhere on the paperwork does it say they ever checked the car for anything. Oh and they kept my right front fender piece. Just an awesome experience. More
Very bad experience Facts. October 23 2016 I bought a 2011 traverse that had the motor replaced by NAP service. Fact. With the financing I bought a $3600 bumper to bump Facts. October 23 2016 I bought a 2011 traverse that had the motor replaced by NAP service. Fact. With the financing I bought a $3600 bumper to bumper powertrain warranty($2500 financed $1100 in rebates). The warranty only covers $3500 in repairs. Paid $3600. Fact. On Feb 2 the replaced motor failed(blew up). Fact. When i confronted service and finance and management with the issue. I was told they woul do the repairs at their cost and I would have to pay that cost above the warranty coverage that should have payed all but the deductable of $100. In other words we will take the $3500 warranty money and your $100 deductible from the cost of the repairs. And you can then pay the balance. Fact. The cost to replace the motor with a New gm motor is just under $9000 at an authorized dealership. Which is what they should have done the first time. When they replaced the motor the first time it blew. Fact. The motor was replaced with a salvaged motor with more miles on it than the vehicle it was put into. Those are all facts. My opinion is this. The dealership cares only for the money with absolutely no concern for the future of the customer or what is the right way to service or repair a vehicle as long as they can make a few extra bucks on the deal they will cut corners and sale you salvaged parts as New and certified. And not try to make right if it is going to cost them money. Only if they are making a bigger profit will they even offer to back their work or their vehicles More

Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy Do not go to them unless you want so sit for 5 hours having them hustle you and want to leave in a vehicle they said you got approved for then 2 weeks Do not go to them unless you want so sit for 5 hours having them hustle you and want to leave in a vehicle they said you got approved for then 2 weeks later tell you you need to bring them a check or bring the vehicle back cause they can't find anyone to approve you,then sit for 4 hr waiting for them to find your keys to your old vehicle. Not to mention they will run you credit to every bank in there contact list, and not help you with any of the late fees or payment for the vehicle they was supposed to send payoff for. Never been late on a payment in my life tell now. Will never step foot on there lot. More

We called them and explained and we agreed to bring it back. They charged us the mileage which is understandable but they charged us a "$150 fee that wasn't anywhere in their contact buT they said it's to cover half of the registration that we didn't need because we never compeleted the process. We had plans to return in two weeks to purchase that same vehicle but we aren't now because of their bad handling of business. They felt that their time was worth $150 instead of having a returning customer. More
Salesman here don't care about anything but thier commission They never start out with a price, they are out to get as much as they can. They do not live up to their promise of $3,000 below retail. The showroom is very nice and other staff are friendly. The salesman are out for a sale, they don't care anything about you personally! They are very pushy pushy with sales and don't really want to work with you, although they act like they are. I have very good credit and I could have gone else where to buy a brand new car if I wished. I viewed their cars online, they do have a good review of them online but some are with no price to even start with. I don't think they really care about anything once you have signed your name. They are only out for money and not there to help you. More
