I called to inquire about a certain vehicle and spoke with Bobby. He text me some pictures but then said he was too busy to answer questions and that we should just come in to look. We were then bombarded with texts from Bobby asking when we would be coming. We went in that evening but he wasn't there. Someone else showed us the vehicle and it reeked (and I mean reeked!) of smoke. The next day Bobby was texting me again about coming in. I explained that we had and weren't interested in something that smelled of smoke. He said he understood. Later that day he started texting me again and saying I saw the wrong vehicle. He said there were two of the same and we saw the wrong one. He swore this other one had never been smoked in. We went back that night to see the other one. He said he was going to go pull it around. Five minutes later he was still inside and now talking to another man at the counter. This guy came and started telling us all about a special procedure they could do to remove smoke smell. We told him we weren't there for that vehicle but were here for the other one. He had a confused look and said it was just that vehicle. We explained how we saw the smoke one but that Bobby had promised us another identical vehicle that was 100% smoke free. FALSE! There was no other vehicle and Bobby never came back. This other guy just kept pushing the idea of removing the smoke. I asked when that was done and we could see how it smelled. He said it would be done AFTER we bought it. We were so unimpressed. Bobby lied straight to us to get us to come in again. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!! More

When we were looking at cars the sales guy said multiple times “i don't want to get you into anything that we might have to take back” (it happens often enough that he has to be that concerned?) 2. There was a guy in the parking lot warning people to get everything in writing because they'll screw you (but in reality even a handshake and signing documents won't mean anything) TL;DR: AS SOON AS THEY STOP SEEING $$$ THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. My husband and i went in there being completely honest about our credit situation and they assured us it would be fine. They wouldn't give us the price of either of the cars we were looking at cause they “just didn't know” When they finally came back with a deal and told us the price of the car we really wanted it was more than a grand higher than kbb value but we really loved it and chose to ignore that. The deal they tried to give us was 6000 more down payment then we told them in the first place and 300 more of a monthly payment. They said it was because of our credit but if i could get a cosigner then we could definitely work something out. I asked my dad to help and he wasn't sure because his credit wasn't great either. I told them his concerns and they said his credit was “average” and of course it would work. In the end we agreed to give them 2x the down payment that we wanted and $50 more a month and they said the bank approved it. We shook on it and signed all the paperwork. They said they would overnight paperwork that day to my dad so he could sign everything so they could use his credit. I picked up the car 2 days later, not knowing that they never sent my dad paperwork because they ALREADY knew that my loan wasn't approved but they decided to never mention anything and let me take the car anyways. I didn't find out until the next tuesday when rejection letters started coming in from banks. (THEY DID ALMOST 10 HARD PULLS ON MY CREDIT!) I went the next day since i couldn't get anyone on the phone and they told me things weren't going the way they thought and if they couldn't figure it out i would have to return the car. I called the net day to find out what was going on but nobody would give me any answers because the finance guy had the day off. I decided then to just go return the car. Drove all the way back out there for the manager Adean to finally looking into the loan and realize that it wasn't approved from the first bank because they typed in my phone number wrong. Those 9 extra credit checks were for nothing! I was assured if we called in to fix this the bank would approve the loan of the original deal and that i should come back the next day. We get a call that night that the loan was approved but for $100+ more a month then we agreed to!! When i got upset dean raised his voice and told me that i should just be grateful that they even offer a free service to get financing for us. I went straight there to sign the paperwork to get our money back and return the car when Adean tried to charge us $108 for driving the vehicle for less than a week. When i was asking him why i was being charged for them not holding up their end of the deal (i never would've taken the car if i had known the loan was never approved) this is when Adean stated “whatever you're annoying me” and decided not to charge us. When he came back with my receipt he said “you have a lot on your plate so i can understand” why i'm being annoying apparently? And good luck finding that car with less than 90k miles on it. I have never felt so disrespected. I had gotten a job after getting a car and we would've actually been able to swing the higher payment but after the way they treated us in those few days rubbed me the wrong way and made me not want to deal with them for the next 5 years! The kicker is now we have to wait at least 16 days for us to get our money back!! More

I visited this location two times on seperate days, even made an appointment the second time. I wasted a total of 14 hours !!!! I was forced to wait while my sales man put another customer above my sale, if that wasn't bad enough I witnessed the rest of their salesmen make fun of two other customers who had just left, they were veterans and came in their uniform, who does that !!!!! On both occasions i was fed nothing but lies from both of the salesmen I dealt with, when we went back to finance to close the deal, the prices increased by several hundred on my monthly. When we said no and got up to leave, like a child my salesman stormed out of the room. Do not take your business here! More
