Bait and switch! I was promised a manual by Alex and Sergio. I was promised so many things by Alex and Sergio but they did nothing but lie to me. They promised the owner's manual was in the mail back in June and I was promised so many things by Alex and Sergio but they did nothing but lie to me. They promised the owner's manual was in the mail back in June and first part of July. I have never received it. They said there wonderful mechanics did a 120 point inspection and guaranteed the stereo worked. They both lied since the amplifier was unplugged. They said they would work with the Toyota dealership to fix the stereo but now they have backed out of that also. They said I could get their big company discount on a second key. They backed out of that. The front axle needs to be replaced and they won't pay a portion to have it replaced. Alex and Sergio are nothing but liars and con men. Be very wary of this dealership. More people need to turn them into the better business bureau of Utah! Otherwise they will continue with their shady practices! More
