Bad customer service!! I recently purchased a car from National auto plaza in sandy. When I went to pick up my plates I asked about the key. A manager tells me he can't do anything about it because it was Saturday and told me to call accounting on Monday. I call on Monday and accounting tells me they don't have a key for me and transfer me to the salesman who sold me the car. The salesman basically tells me that they don't normally agree to make and give keys. I reminded him of the agreement we made with a handshake and he then tells me he will get me a key and said he would call me. No phone call and no key. #NAPSALES #nap #NATIONALAUTOPLAZASANDY More
AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF LIARS. On their Facebook page it shows that they have a 5 star rating, but if you look at the reviews, there are A LOT of 1 THIS DEALERSHIP IS FULL OF LIARS. On their Facebook page it shows that they have a 5 star rating, but if you look at the reviews, there are A LOT of 1 star reviews! Dishonest much? All these guys care about is making a sale. All they see is commissions. They don’t care about your situation and they definitely aren’t in the business of helping you get the best deal. They act friendly and pretend to care, but that’s just part of their ACT. I bought a 2008 Honda Civic Si from them back in the summer of 2015. I had about $2000 in negative equity on my previous car and they assure me it would be no big deal. The price listed on the Civic was definitely above kbb book value, but they said it was “because of the after market exhaust, radio, and other upgrades.” As a young and naive kid I bought into it and thought I was getting a great deal. By the end of it the loan amount was for $18000 for a seven year old car with 89,000 miles on it. I should mention that they didn’t tell me the full price until I was signing for the car. So I went from having $2000 in negative equity to about $8600! If they know that you don’t know what you’re doing, they will take advantage of you just to get a good commission. There were a lot of things that they conveniently did not tell me about the car as well. Like the fact that it had been in an accident, the speakers had a short, and there was no spare tire. There is nothing I can say that is good about this company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these guys. More

They sold us a van we thought was a good deal, then we found out it had been in an accident and the gram was bent. After contacting them they refuse to help me get out of the mess they put me in. Now I’m stuck in a 18,000 dollar loan with a van not worth more than 6,000. Taken advantage of, used, sleazy scummy dealership. Avoid it at all costs. More
