Bait and Switch!! Bait and switch operation! I received a call in response to my KSL ad selling my vehicle. Bobby, the person who called me, claimed he had a buyer for Bait and switch operation! I received a call in response to my KSL ad selling my vehicle. Bobby, the person who called me, claimed he had a buyer for our exact Ford Fusion and they would pay my full asking price without purchase of one of their vehicles being that “it was priced well.” I verified this with him a second time so we were both clear. I also told him we would be buying a new car, and are not interested in buying used. Bobby verified a third time this is a no strings attached offer. We went in later with our car, only to be offered $2,250 less then our asking price and only would give our full asking price if we were to trade our car in. I reiterated my conversation with Bobby, and that this was a massive waste of our time, dishonest, and a bait and switch. This fell on deaf ears. These guys are scamming honest people who are selling their cars to lure people into their store and turn a sale. Another used car dealership, as shady as they come! More

Thanks to Dillon and our finance man We were sold a two wheel drive vehicle without knowing. I should have known better, but I should have also been informed by our salesman Shawn. We just wanted our vehicle back. But instead we were shown a explorer sport. Turned out to be a great vehicle. Just a super stressful day, but thanks to Dillon and our finance man. It turned out ok. Not impressed with Shawn, super impressed with Dillon, he didn’t have to stay late and he did. Thanks. Felt pressured to buy another vehicle instead of getting ours back, even though we have 3 days to return the vehicle, and we weren’t informed about the 2wd vehicle by our salesman Shawn. We were just super stressed and ready to return to Wyoming. But it worked out in the end. Still stressed the next day after we got home but thanks to Dillon, we’re feeling a little better. More
