No, it was going to me. You can't go wrong with NAB. Don't send a shill and whine about it later. Go there yourself or keep quiet. As with any business you can't please everyone. We all know this. However, I purchased my vehicle long distance sight unseen until it arrived at my home and believe me the car and NAB are real winners. NAB went out of their way to accommodate me and I very much appreciate this. More

Be an educated consumer and go somewhere more ethical If I was asked to write a review a few years ago, I would have said what a great dealership it was to work with. We were a customer that bought a few If I was asked to write a review a few years ago, I would have said what a great dealership it was to work with. We were a customer that bought a few cars from them and thought we could trust them. This time, however, things were quite different. We bought our last vehicle from NAB in March 2016. We needed a vehicle that could tow and we were assured this vehicle would do the job. Based on our previous sale we happily paid what NAB was asking for the vehicle and took our new purchase home. Here we are 8 months later and that vehicle ISN'T rated for the towing capacity we were told and insurance informed us we could not use the vehicle for its purpose so we headed back to NAB to get another vehicle we found could do the job. Again, based off of previous experience, we thought we would purchase the vehicle with no problems. However, things took a turn for the worse once we realized the NAB wants NOTHING to do with you after the sale unless you are willing to come in and just buy - full price- no trades. We wanted to trade in our vehicle that we had just purchased from them in March and replace it with a vehicle with correct towing capacity - and they would not take the trade? Wait, what? The vehicle we just bought from you at full retail 7 months ago isn't even worth HALF of what we bought it for. I suspect they know something about this car I haven't found out yet or we GROSSLY overpaid. (we are not talking about a cheapo car either - and we put less than 1,000 miles on it - so the condition of the car wasn't the reason). We were quickly dismissed and they moved on to someone else once they knew we needed to trade the recent purchase in. So much for that "Loyal Customer" feeling. Sadly, I have had to recognize that they are just another one of those "used car salesman" dealership. Sell or get you out the door - "NEXT!" The dealership has lost all credibility with us now and I would definitely recommend going to a more professional and ethical dealership who will stand by the purchase. I felt like they were smiling with that "Cheshire Cat" grin and rubbing their hands together in that devilish manner : "There goes another poor sap - we got em twice" More
