surprisingly good I had been shopping for a bit and told myself I wasn't going back because they never checked on me from my first purchase but I went back anyways. I went to Beaman first and felt like slab of bacon dropped in a pack of ravenous dogs. The other dealers did not have in stock the options I was looking for. I went in and at first no one said anything. I got to walk around without anyone pestering me. When I wanted a salesperson he was great. Listened to what I wanted and braved the cold and gloom of the day. I had also tried Wyatt Johnson ford but that experience left me trying to just get away. Employees smoking all over the lot, a salesman followed me around smoking as I was bobbing and weaving through cars. I had done my scheduled maintenance at Nashville North and knew I liked their service. Hot coffee, sodas, cookies, crackers, bottled water all stocked when your car in service. This has been a much improved experience and a job well done. More

Disappointing experience I am very disappointed in my experience with Nashville Toyota North. I purchased a 2014 Camry in January of this year. When I began car shopping, thi I am very disappointed in my experience with Nashville Toyota North. I purchased a 2014 Camry in January of this year. When I began car shopping, this particular car had just arrived on the lot. I was told there would be an inspection and it would be a certified, pre-owned vehicle. I arrived to purchase the car and there were a couple of repairs that had not been made. I was assured that if I were to bring the car back within the week, those things would be taken care of, as they weren’t able to over the weekend. Once I left with the car, I noticed there was also a crack in the windshield. I understood there was a limited time for me to return the car, so I called immediately to inform them of the crack. I even went to the dealership the next day, so that they could see it within that window of return. Again, they assured me that it will also be repaired when I brought the car back in. When I brought the car a few days later, after calling to inform them I would be coming, I sat in the lobby for over two hours waiting for Mr. Johnson or Mr. Troy to attend to my car. Once they finally came over, I was told they needed to keep the car overnight and that I would be given a rental. I got the rental and returned again the next day to pick up my car. I was told all of the repairs have been made and it was good to go. Absolutely none of the repairs were made, however. Over the next two months I called and sent text messages to both Mr. Troy and Mr. Johnson following up about these repairs. Finally, after two months and after using a different phone number I was able to get in touch with them. They told me they had made an appointment and there would be a repair man to come and fix my windshield. They never called or showed up. After another week of pestering, they finally sent a repair man to come and replace my windshield. Now, several months later there is been further damage to my front bumper as well as the touch screen to my radio, due to repairs that were never made before or after I purchased my car. I have now contacted again to receive a copy of the inspection that was done and my phone calls are still not being returned. I have had great experiences with this service department when I went to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I am, however, disappointed and disheartened by the unprofessional manner, in which my purchase was handled. I have felt misled, ignored, and disrespected. More

I went to test drive the Sienna on Friday and spoke to David and Arnold about the price and possible trade in. I was told certain price. When I went with my wife on Sunday to test drive the vehicle the agents (David and Jonhson) started acting like they did not remember the price we talked about. Even Mr Jonson , who earlier send me the e-price ( he was not present on Friday when I went there) came with the 35k and started negotiating with me. I told him that I was not going to play a game and requested to talk to David. I told Johnson I would walk away and go to Beaman Toyota. David came and started telling me that we did not talk about the price of the Sienna. I told him that we did, even we talked about the APR. Anyway, Arnold came and took over. He made the deal good and he told me that the APR would be 2.99% with the trade, down payment and the good credit report. He showed me the number on the computes screen. I liked the deal and agreed to purchase the vehicle. Ok, we went to sign up the contract. The financial manager told me the APR would be 3.99%. He said it was too late and he did not have time to resent paper to Capital One for better APR. It was 5 pm on Sunday and We had to go home, because my kids were already tired. When I went home I saw the financing was from Capital One. Very bad experiencing with the financial manager. Car deal was spoiled. That was my bad experience. I will think twice before I buy again from this dealer. Will tell the same to anybody of my friend who asked me about this dealer. More

Excellant Negotiated deal after drive but there was a mix up and when we went to sign the deal the highlander had been traded to another dealer. Salesman and management were very apologetic and they immediately found me another highlander with same features and had the automobile at the dealer before the end of the day. Completed the sale and drove the vehicle home. They did everything I could have asked (without me asking).. Very satisfied. I also am very happy with their service department. I would buy another vehicle at this dealership and recommend (and have recommended ) to my friends. More
