Caveat Emptor when viewing online Tundras Stock number 1912490 - Inquired about this vehicle and after email communication, pricing was close enough to schedule a visit. When asking about disc Stock number 1912490 - Inquired about this vehicle and after email communication, pricing was close enough to schedule a visit. When asking about discrepancies in the online pictures and specs, the sales person volunteered to get pictures of the actual vehicle. They were not the same; no TRD package was immediately visible as pictured on their website. I backed off the deal, and through further communications, was assured this was an internal mistake and apologies were extended. I was also asked to contact the GM through the online Contact section, which I did. Five days later, the same pictures are still online. Checking further, I noticed other stock numbers showing similar pictures with TRD wheels and logo but not seemingly matching the specs. And I haven't heard from the GM. Bait and switch, or mistake? I've rated this a 3 because the Sales Lady was exceptional; otherwise it would have been rated 1. More

Both John and Barrett Dunnaway were friendly and never pressured me into buying something I didn't want/need. After spending months shopping for a vehicle online and reading horror stories about how greedy and pushy all car dealerships are, I was very pleased to see that the team at Nashville Toyota North was the exact opposite of that. Every employee was friendly. Nobody was pushy. John Schmitz (sales) asked me what I wanted to buy and Barrett Dunnaway (finance) asked me what I wanted to pay, and together they made it happen. 5 star all around experience! More

Review of dealership and 2018 Toyota forerunner I just wanted to say that I’ve owned Chevrolet is all of my life including two avalanches I love them both dearly But back in October I traded I just wanted to say that I’ve owned Chevrolet is all of my life including two avalanches I love them both dearly But back in October I traded for a 2018 Toyota forerunner LTD and I am loving it dearly as well ! People do make the difference I just took my vehicle in to make sure the fluids tires brakes were all in good shape before I went out of town. Not only did they do all the above but the service man actually washed and wipe down my vehicle This never happened at a Chevrolet dealership From my sales manager Mr Johnson to all of the service guys thank you so much for taking such good care of me whenever I come in It really means a lot More

I was thinking about trading in my current truck in. He wanted to know if I owed anything on my old truck and if so how much which I wasn’t comfortable doing but I did as he asked and told him They drove my truck, took my credit info and came back with an offer paper. The salesman immediately started to point towards payments instead of telling me what the actual prices were and I told him that payment was more than I wanted to spend. Then I noticed that they offered me a very low number for my trade-in which coincidentally ended up being exactly what I owed on it. I pointed to the number and told him that’s not going to work and he said that’s all my truck was worth and then told me he was going to get my keys so I could leave more or less kicking me out of the show room I called the new car sales manager and left a message for them to call me back but I have never gotten a phone call The salesman was unprofessional and rude and is obviously in the wrong line of work unless he was having an off day which still doesn’t make it right. I left there with the impression that they could care less whether you buy a vehicle from them or not and the only thing that makes they’re buying experience unique to me is the fact that they were unprofessional and rude. Those new trucks are available at every other Toyota dealership in the area so save yourself some aggravation and see another dealer More
