We have never been to Rivergate Toyota before, but found the visit to be very pleasant. Mr. Flouhouse went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We drove from Cadiz, Kentucky to see a particular car the visit to be very pleasant. Mr. Flouhouse went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We drove from Cadiz, Kentucky to see a particular car and Mr. Flouhouse made sure that the automobile we were interested in was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions after we got home about the car we purchased and Rivergate and Mr. Flouhouse responded immediately to our concerns. I will tell my friends and family about Rivergate Toyota and will return myself when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. More

The first time I brought my 2012 Scion tC to Rivergate Toyota was because my service light was on. The people at service looked up my vehicle and I found out that my car has a free servicing, and I was to Toyota was because my service light was on. The people at service looked up my vehicle and I found out that my car has a free servicing, and I was told i would receive a tire rotation. I left my car at the dealership, and when i got it back, I received a multi-point inspection, all my fluids topped off, tire pressures filled to the recommended spec, and I found out they did a full synthetic oil change all for free! All technicians are ASE certified so I knew my car was in great hands. More

Got a great price off the internet sale price link. Went in to buy, had 3 different colors to choose from, so that took a little while, Cian (pronounced SEAN) was very nice and co operative in our getting t in to buy, had 3 different colors to choose from, so that took a little while, Cian (pronounced SEAN) was very nice and co operative in our getting the right color. Everything went smooth, this is our 2nd car from Rivergate...and we will continue to use Rivergate whenever we need a GREAT car!! More

My wife Carole and myself had a great experience buying our first Toyota ever. Our sales professional, Ricky Jackson, was excellent at explaining the process of buying our Toyota Camry. He made us feel at ease from the beginning to the end of the process and made sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely refer friends and family to Ricky if and when they are ready to buy a new or used Toyota. We consider Ricky as a new friend and are happy to keep in touch as Toyota family members. Thanks also to Joe Parker, Ricky's manager, for giving us a good deal. Thanks to Barrett Dunnaway, Finance Manager, for explaining the Power Train and wrap around warranty and completing the process. Jimmie Shaw made purchasing our new prius a very easy and non pressured experience. We took several weeks to make up our minds and he was very patient and touched base with us just often enough to know he w non pressured experience. We didn't have to worry about a call everyday wondering if we'd made our decision yet. He answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he didn't try to fake it but found someone who did. Our experience with the dealership after the sale has been even better. We've had a chance to deal with both the service and parts department and found the people both friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership. More

I recently purchased a 2011 Certified Toyota Camry from Rivergate Toyota. I had a great experience ; nothing like I was expecting. My salesperson , Nikki, never rushed me nor did she try to push me into a Rivergate Toyota. I had a great experience ; nothing like I was expecting. My salesperson , Nikki, never rushed me nor did she try to push me into a car that I did not want. She asked me what I was looking for and what was most important to me in a car. She helped me find the perfect car for me. Before I left the dealership, the manager, Troy shook my hand and thanked me for my time and business.
