We wanted a certain Rav4, and Arnold Oliveros and Tom went out of their way to find just what we wanted. My sister saw our Rav4 and after she had looked different cars and SUVs, she wanted to know where we purchased our car. A few weeks later she was driving away in her new RAV4.
