POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Inquired on a 2018 Camry XSE I seen on their website on Monday August 7th. Was followed by a reply providing pricing information to the vehicle. Was communicating via email with Jack Barron, and we were going over pricing, quoting with my trade that I had currently. Finally I reached out to him via email on Aug 8th, no reply, called left a voicemail, no reply, then I receive a email today checking to see if I was still interested, mind you its now Aug 8th! I reply back educating to Max, that I reached out to Jack on a couple attempts and no contact, but he now tells me, SOMEONE is now in to look and possible purchase the vehicle, when I WAS the one originally interested. I could have BEEN drove down (from Columbus OH) to pick up my car, but NOW, because of the LACK of customer service and response (due Diligence)! NOW, back to the drawing board to see if any other Toyota dealer may have it for the same price! More
2017 Prius Purchase My wife and I recently purchased a new 2017 Prius. This was to replace our old 2009 Prius that had over 426,000 miles on it. Our sales contact was Zac My wife and I recently purchased a new 2017 Prius. This was to replace our old 2009 Prius that had over 426,000 miles on it. Our sales contact was Zac. This was the best car purchase that we have ever experienced. Zac was highly professional, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and took the time to thoroughly go over everything that we needed to know about our new car. There was no pressure and no hurry and no vagueness. We really appreciated his time and effort on our behalf and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends and business associates. More
Horrible Customer Service I bought a used 2012 Toyota Sequoia in November of 2016. It did have a few deep scuffs and scratches on it. I bought with the agreement(also in paperw I bought a used 2012 Toyota Sequoia in November of 2016. It did have a few deep scuffs and scratches on it. I bought with the agreement(also in paperwork) that the scratches would be fixed if purchased. I set up an appointment and took it in for repair. I was without it for a week only to find out when I came to pick it up that they had put touchup paint in the deep scratches. After this the Customer relations said no this was wrong we will send you to our affiliated body shop to repair so when I tried to schedule with them they said they would call me in a couple of weeks to get it in. 1 month had passed still haven't heard anything so I called and now they were 1 month out so I waited. 3 months later I called back and they had said oh they forgot about me. At this point I was frustrated beyond belief. Keep in mind that I was very courteous every time I called and never showed how mad I was. I called Rivergate Toyota back again, we are now in July of 2017 and explained the situation to the lady that handles rentals because a rental was agreed to when I took my Sequoia to the shop. She said I would have the first rental that came back the next day. No response the next day so I called back to follow up. They said they would have someone call me that day. No call so I waited the next day, no call so I called back. They said the same thing again. I left voicemails with whomever they transferred me to every day. Keep in mind I still haven't showed frustration yet and have been very nice to everyone there I have talked to and just told them I just wanted it taken care of. It is now August 4th and I still haven't received a phone call. At this point I'm just going to turn my paperwork over to my attorney to get them to honor what they promised and agreed to and even in our paperwork. So my review would be horrible customer service, not able to delegate task, sales, etc... appropriately. They will not keep their word when promised nor even when in the contract. They will not return phone calls nor does anyone of higher management care enough to call back or fix the problem. It has been 9 month and I still have a scratched up Sequoia that we are driving around in and its like no one there cares nor wants to fix it even though they agreed to in(and its in my paperwork specifically). The owner is getting a bad review and doesn't care which should say something about the company. I am a business owner and our customers and customer service comes first. I would not recommend anyone use this dealership until they change their ways. This is a real and honest review More

No one was pushy from managers to salespeople to the finance team. That is a big plus in my book. More

Wonderful Experience I was in the market for an automotive upgrade and my first and only stop was Rivergate Toyota. I was approached by Radna Wilson, she was wonderful wh I was in the market for an automotive upgrade and my first and only stop was Rivergate Toyota. I was approached by Radna Wilson, she was wonderful while I looked around for a car, she gave me my space for me to look, she answered all of my questions. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had when car shopping. She stayed on top of my buying purchase to make sure I was happy and everything was going well, then and now.
