Horrible place to work and even worse place to shop for a vehicle. Good luck buying something without getting buried in it, or a gold certified vehicle without a cracked windshield. I stupidly decided to spe vehicle. Good luck buying something without getting buried in it, or a gold certified vehicle without a cracked windshield. I stupidly decided to spend 6 months of my time working for these jokers while being stolen from blatantly. Steve Blank in particular openly tried to convince a customer who specifically called in for me that I “don’t work in sales” — this was on a recorded line. He had spoken to me only 30 minutes prior verbally abusing me not to answer leads on Sunday, only he can and that he'll make sure I'd want to quit. This kind of behavior isn’t just unprofessional, it’s deceitful and hostile. My first month, I sold 12 cars but missed my bonus objective because 4 of my very own customers were given to the house mouse "Johnson" as a training program 3 weeks into my employment (After I sold 9 cars on my own). This was under different management, and the turnover rate for this dealership is understandably sky high. Favoritism & Deal Stealing: Under new management, several of customers were reassigned to other salespeople in the “inner circle”. Appointments I personally through our chat system set were deleted, customers were handed off to the inner circle behind my back even after setting an appointment for the next day during a 2 am chat session. and high-grossing vehicles were never distributed evenly. As part of my marketing, I openly advertised our allocation list nationally. As soon as I had multiple customers interested from out-of-state ready to fly-in and sign paperwork, the vehicle(s) suddenly had a $5,000 mark up and $3,000 in extra port-installed accessories AFTER printing numbers at the original MSRP of $3,000 less. Steve Blank said he "quoted the wrong vehicle" but I had already printed and sent the specs with the original options. After some agreed, they were told kick rocks after signing the OTD numbers. Sure, selling vehicles to our primary marketing area is preferred. In that case, why was one of our last Supras sold out-of-state with no mark up as a house deal under Steve Blank? Deceitful practices: Managers often refused to honor online prices on used vehicles or strung customers along until they walked away. In one instance, a customer who wanted to sign a commitment at the online price on a used Corolla Cross was told they were “on the wrong car” and pressured into expensive "paint protection ceramic coatings" in order to win a bet between managers on who could sell the most ceramic coatings. Customer personal information is blatantly accessible to ALL employees at the dealership, managers force incompetently trained "veteran" salespeople to push credit applications due to laziness, resulting in extra pulls and dings after inevitably the employees submit the wrong information and the managers don't confirm it. Multiple customers of mine who spoke little English walked out of the finance office with a warranty they didn't know they purchased! Not to mention those who signed up on an incoming car just to find out we have to re-do the entire approval process and paperwork! What a joke. Don't waste your time here, at least in sales. Customers and salespeople are both treated unfairly, and discrimination is blatant. You are punished for speaking up, and things will be stolen from your desk while Steve Blank texts the groupchat at 11 PM on work nights berating employees and creating new pay plan restrictions. Dude would punish and threaten people for even talking to me during work hours, total power trip and played Bollywood off his phone in the sales tower to get a reaction out of me, money hungry weirdo. Was told multiple times by the GM Jeremy that he would handle it, but he continued to steal my prospects. This place couldn't care less about customers or employees. STAY AWAY!!!! More
I had an excellent experience with Sammy Herrera. He was very kind, considerate, and helpful throughout the whole process. He even went the extra mile and delivered the car right to my doorstep. am beyond ecstatic with Toyota Nashville North in Madison! Let's start with the search for a 4runner. I ended up with The BEST sales lady there EVER! Radna!!! She went above and beyond for me, to fin Madison! Let's start with the search for a 4runner. I ended up with The BEST sales lady there EVER! Radna!!! She went above and beyond for me, to find what I wanted! I purchased a 24' 4runner sr5 premium. She checked in on me for a good 4-5 days till I was able to get up to the dealership. The second I saw the 4runner I knew it was the one, or so I thought (nothing bad I promise!) She and the whole team there at this dealership really does treat you like family when you are there! Super awesome, talkative and just very comfortable experience. The sales manager, the Finance manager Jamie, the GM and my new " car mom" sales lady; Radna was superb! I woke up the next day and seen my husband (who hates Toyota, he's a ford guy) took my 4runner to work. Not even a hour after he left, he's calling me saying he loves it and wants one. So I text Radna and told her and she sent me the BEST info EVER, see I originally wanted a TRD Pro; but with the shortage and having to order them; they didn't have them; till today that was. I gave my husband my 24' 4Runner that I just purchased, sold his Raptor Bronco; and put the deposit down on the mudbath 25 4runner TRD Pro, in which will be here beginning of July, after driving the 24' its well worth the wait to me! Radna and the whole team there once again swift, quick & made the process simple and fun! My baby sister is trading her bronco in for a 4runner, and she will only be working with Radna & the finance manager Jamie. My next purchase will be a supra and of course it will only be done here at this dealership! IM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR. THE EXPERIENCE AND PROCESS WAS PERFECT! I won't go anywhere else. More
We took in a 2015 Camry that had been doing great but didn’t start one really cold morning. They told us the engine had lost compression and would need to be replaced for $5000-$6000. They would give u didn’t start one really cold morning. They told us the engine had lost compression and would need to be replaced for $5000-$6000. They would give us $250-500 for the car (until then had been excellent- never an issue, well maintained and in great condition). Then they tried to sell us a used car from their lot. We spoke to another mechanic who said that what they told us didn’t sound right. We towed it to him. He fixed it for $641. Said he could tell it had been well maintained and that the engine ran like it had 50K miles rather than the 180K that was on it. More
Dishonest and lacking in integrity…that’s how I would describe Salesman Hasan Savas and Sales Manager Nick Brotsch. There were promises made that had Nashville Toyota North had zero intention of keeping describe Salesman Hasan Savas and Sales Manager Nick Brotsch. There were promises made that had Nashville Toyota North had zero intention of keeping after taking a deposit for a new Camry in December of 2024. Fortunately my wife and I left before making a mistake and demanded our deposit back. Look elsewhere for a vehicle especially if you’re a well qualified buyer with excellent credit like myself. More
When you buy a vehicle, you are buying more than just a piece of equipment. You are making a commitment to the brand, and if staying in the area, the dealership that sold it to you. With that being said, w piece of equipment. You are making a commitment to the brand, and if staying in the area, the dealership that sold it to you. With that being said, when I purchased my 2024 Toyota Tundra 1794, I could not have been more pleased with the sales team. I should have, however, done my research and visited the service and parts department. Had I done so, I would have realized an immediate lack of confidence in both the service and parts teams and understood that any concerns that may possibly be covered by warranty would necessitate a drive over an hour away into KY to be resolved (and using an unpaid day off to boot). Severely disappointed in the service team for lack of communication and more so a lack of backing up what turned out to be empty promises to follow up and plan a way to resolve issues. On the parts side, I would do your research and ordering elsewhere. To tell a customer that factory Toyota key gloves are only available as an aftermarket accessory and that trailer hitch covers for 2024 Tundra's and Tacoma's are not on the market yet demonstrates either a lack of training or a lack of purpose. The models may have changed with the refresh, however, the receivers are the same size as the previous years. If you are going to purchase a new vehicle from this location, I would ensure you have a strong back up dealer in mind for the many services you will need over the lifetime of the vehicle. We love our trucks, but are up against a wall when it comes to getting assistance with our vehicle needs after delivery day has come and gone. More
Dropped my 2017 Tundra for a check engine light and 3 days later no call back. After finally speaking to someone in the service department (3 hours of waiting for a call back) i was told they cannot figu days later no call back. After finally speaking to someone in the service department (3 hours of waiting for a call back) i was told they cannot figure out what is wrong and will have to keep it for further testing. No loaner, no shuttle service, just incompetence all the way around. Take your business elsewhere, they probably prefer it that way! More
