I never felt pressured at any point. He went the extra mile by looking up some information that I wanted, and promptly emailed it to me. When I make a big purchase, I do some research and take time to think before making a decision. Curtis understood this perfectly, and was very accommodating. Decided on buying a new car, Had a 09 Hyundai Gen for trade. Looked at 3 dealerships. People there treated me with respect and didn't try to push me into a car just to get the sale. They also had to locate the color and options I wanted and did so within 24 hours. The sales person asked if I was a veteran and explained Hyundai supported Vets with a $500 rebate in addition to the loyalty rebate. Friendly sales person, A manager that didn't lie or try to push or beat me up, (one of the other dealers Manager killed any chance of me buying from them) So friendly, quick response, good pricing, introduction to the service manager equaled a sale.
