He proceeded to arrange for a trade in for my former vehicle and a payment plan that was within my budget. David is professional and provides excellent customer service. My left brake light wasn't working, I took to get serviced last Thursday, it's under Manufacturer recall, so it's free of charge. After an hour or so, he said it's fixed, switch being replaced. I went home, asked my husband to check if it's really working, but NOPE! Early Monday morning I called to tell them that they didn't fix my brake light, they asked me to come back on that day at 1PM. After 2 hours the guy said it's fixed. Hooray, it's fixed after the 2nd time around!. So I drove away to get some food for my 20 months old baby. Then I noticed a yellow tape around my driver's window and the screw cover was hanging out and it looked like they did something on it without notifying me or at least said something about it. I removed the tape because it's very ugly then checked my window. It won't go down!!! I found out it's broken which never was! After I got some food for my daughter, I went back to them for the 3rd time and told them what I found out. He said, they didn't do anything about the window because the window has nothing to do with my brake light. Exactly! but why they took it apart without telling me and now it's broken. As upset as I am, I thought they're trying to ripped me off by breaking something else in my car so they can charge me. I asked him to give me an appointment at 9AM for the next day because I want them to fix my broken window and he said ok. So the following day I came in for the 4th time and guess what? I didn't have an appointment according to Denise Breen. By the end of the day, I end up paying them $119.40 to replaced the power window regulator. He said he could have charge me more for about $400 for the labor. Oh really! Yes, from being free of charge to $119.40. I would NEVER EVER come back to this place again, I swore! More

My sales person was outstanding. Probably the only reason I purchased the car from this specific dealership. He was responsive and knowledgable but I didn't feel pressured. The sales manager was completely impersonable - never once stepping out of her office - at one point she even yelled from her desk for my salesperson who was in the middle of a conversation with customers to come to her office. She most certainly did NOT create a very welcoming environment within the dealership. It seemed a bother for her to have to deal with the sales of cars. The lot is very cramped. The new car I purchased actually had some chipped paint on the wheel well where it looks like it rubbed another car. (The dealership did fix it before I bought the car and they did do a good job). I don't think the A/C was working on the day I purchased my car. Customer Service was excellent from my sales person Lou. Poor from his sales manager. Quality of work was excellent regarding the body work/paint they did to the wheel well - I would give it an OK from the recon standpoint as there was crumbs and dirt left in the glove box. Friendliness excellent from sales people - Poor from sales manager. The price I got was "ok". Negotiating here is not easy. I would recommend this dealership simply because Luis Rodriguez has to be the best person I've ever bought a car from. I'm in my mid forties and have purchased many new cars. Lou was refreshing as he was himself and spared me the dog and pony show. Nashua Hyundai had a good selection of vehicles and their doc fees are low. More

A friend had referred me to Nate and was immediately welcomed with a genuine comfortable feeling from the get go! The following day Nate followed up with phone call after phone call, patiently working out best possible scenarios and options. Collaboratively, we were able to make it happen and I literally purchased a brand new Elantra over the phone within 3 hours. Nate wasn't working on the day I wanted to take delivery of my car but Curtis, Bob, Ann, and Bernie stepped up and all made it happen - all sincerely appreciating ME and welcoming me "to the family". I had hoped that Nate would follow up and call me after I got my car to see how everything was, and he did!! Exceptional all around, thank you!! :) More

When I arrived at the dealership, Paul greeted me promptly. This is something I appreciated. He asked me what I was looking for, was very patient as we went out to the lot to look at cars and measure the hatchback dimensions. All in all, there was no pressure, no urgency to make a sale, it all felt very collaborative. Plus, I am satisfied with the deal I got. The dealership is somewhat convenient to my home, so I am now looking forward to see how their service dept. measures up when I bring it for routine maintenance. More
