I signed paperwork late on a Wednesday night and came back the second day to fill out more paperwork on the financial side of things and he was very hard to get a hold of the second day and seemed to continue to dodge questions. Once I had filled out all the paperwork and he was going over the manual and things like that with me, he wasn't even apologetic for things going as poorly as they did. Not only that, but he mentioned that he needed to go over certain things only because there would be a survey and he wanted a good score. I was very disappointed with the service I was given. As far as the financial part of things, the man I dealt with was very nice and had a great personality. I was happy that he was willing to let me go through my own bank and I did appreciate the dealership working with me. However, I continued to ask if I was signing a dealer loan, because my bank had warned me of this. He assured me I was not. Once all said and done and I spoke with my bank they were dissatisfied because I had indeed signed a dealer loan. I understand it's all business but you would think that if the dealership wasn't full of people trying to make a sale and screw each other over you would make more sales. No one ever wants to go buy a new car because you have to play the game. It's wrong and I think if you used more people in customer service to sell cars, your business would do a lot better. It's supposed to be about the customer not the money at the end of the day. More
