I was very impressed by the really great treatment that I received from everyone especially my salesman, Rick Utterback, he came highly recommended from my friend & previous customer, and she was so right. He treated me great throughout the entire process, and found me the right car at a great price. I will send my family & friends to Nash without hesitation! Thanks Rick! More

My wife and I visited 5 dealerships looking for the best deal on a 2014-2015 Impala 2LTZ. 2 of them did not have a car we were interested in. The other 2 (Ginn and Hendricks) didn't seem to care if we purchased from them or not. We returned to Nash, completed the purchase, and left with smiles on our faces. I highly recommend these guys when you're ready for a new Chevy. More

DONT PAY LIARS If you aren't management or a fellow Nash you are nothing but walking money. I have worked at dealerships and know the salesmen make at least ten perc If you aren't management or a fellow Nash you are nothing but walking money. I have worked at dealerships and know the salesmen make at least ten percent from the vehicle sales. I cannot imagine how much the dealership takes plus GM bonuses! If you car is over 8 years old--- they DON'T want to fix it for you. I tried to take my car 2 different times and they told me a badly broken caliper, preventing reverse on front tire, was my transmission! They told me to buy a new car! I knew exactly what was wrong, had the money and they the Body Shop, said everything possible to get me out of there. My insurance company referred me to them but they don't know. They don't know the mechanics all cheat on certifications. That they make a HUGE profit from Body Shop/ Service/ Parts/ Towing!!!! If I could, I wouldn't bring in my old car, seriously! I would already own a new car if it was possible! They wouldn't even speak to my insurance company, they did everything they could to discourage retaining their services! Be smart- buy from an individual, not a dealer, ESPECIALLY not this trash- Nash. I have had friends have to get 3-4 temporary tags due to the Title clerk Bonny Nash not doing her job and making loyal customers go thru so much trouble for months due to her constant absence from the office. I expect this dealership to go under in the next few years. Their greed will be their own downfall. They are jerks. They hire nice faces, friendly people to pretend that the management is the same. If they cannot make a lot of money from you- you are not worth crap to them. I am so disappointed in the Body Shop (Lisa/ Sharron) and the Dealership-Trash Chevrolet. I don't know about you but I do NOT want to give the Dealer 30% for their own profit. I would like to pay for the vehicle, not commission, not huge profiteering. A friend that bought the car had to buy brand new tires a week later and an engine part a month later- does that sound okay to you? They honor nothing but the check you give them- then its screw you. Sales experience was good, experince after was not. Bought a new car from them and that experience was fine. Came back twice and bought two used cars from them, that experience was also fine. The last c Bought a new car from them and that experience was fine. Came back twice and bought two used cars from them, that experience was also fine. The last car on the other hand, not so fine. The very next day we took it back because the rear AC wasn't working at all, not even blowing. This even though their little "quality inspection checklist" said that it had been checked and was working. Its been back 3 times for the AC, they continue to do us a huge favor and work on it at no charge, but it doesn't matter, because the actual problem has never been fixed. We will be taking that elsewhere to be repaired on our dime. Started having engine trouble almost immediately after purchasing it as well, but it occurred at random and of course, never did it when it was there. Finally, about 5 months after we bought it, it left my wife stranded in a gas station parking lot across town. Had it towed back to NASH and they "fixed it" and only charged us "half of what it cost", which I'm not sure is even legit. Over $600 for a fuel injector?? Picked it up and didn't make the 6 mile trip home before it was misfiring again. They picked it up and "fixed" it again. Now it runs, but smells like unburned fuel from the exhaust and gets 8-10 mpg. We informed them of this and they claim to have test driven it 100 miles, filled it up and calculated that it was getting 20 mpg. I thought maybe they would consider the fact that this was not a used car that started having problems later, but a car that they sold us with hidden problems and they would make some attempt to make it right. They instead gave us two options, trade it in and buy ANOTHER car from them or take our car and kick rocks. That was their solution, trade in the lemon they just sold us for thousands less than we paid for it.(they offered a lower trade value because of the issues the car had since the day we bought it!) When I pointed out that I could go anywhere to trade it in and buy another car, so that provided no customer service or good faith on their part, the manager suggested that's what I do. He was polite about it, but very condescending in the way he talked to us. Now I calculate mileage at every fill up and it's consistently less than 10mpg. A friend hooked up his diagnostic computer and it showed that trouble codes had been cleared shortly before we bought it. I understand that it was a used car, but being the "family owned business" that they claim to be, you'd think you might get some good old fashioned customer service, but that is not the case here. I bought from them because I had bought my new Silverado there and I felt confident that I would be getting better customer service than say buying a used car from someone on craigslist. Especially having bought three cars from them in the last three years, but I was sorely mistaken. I messed up, I trusted them. I won't make that mistake again. My next new truck will not be from NASH.(might even be a Ford after my last two experiences with GM.) They are reinforcing the car salesman stereotype. More
