I came in for a test drive with Chad and made a follow up appointment with David. They both put my disdain for salesmen at ease because they were not pushy in the least. We dealt with Hector Rodriguez, he listened to our concerns and needs and recommended that we take a look at a vehicle that met our needs perfectly. There was never any pressure, just a reassuring sense of honesty. In the process we interacted with several people and there seemed to be a common underlying goal, "that the customer is taken care of and comfortable and informed with what is going on".
