We should have started at Nash! I called on our way over to let them know what we were interested in, and Mark immediately sent me the Carfax report, photos, and vehicle summary, and had it ready for us to test drive as soon as we got there. The Traverse was in great condition with no unexpected surprises, and we were able to test drive alone without any pressure. The purchasing process went smoothly and fairly quickly, and both Mark and Tim were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy to help us find what we were looking for.
