Was greeted in lot by a sale person said I had an appointment with Mark Wong at two. Car was ready for review test drive and inspection. They reviewed my trade in made us an offer. After some negotiation we reached a fair agreement. Ben and Dustin completed the paperwork super nice as well. Everyone was super nice and helpful to make the buying experience a pleasant one. When looking for a new minivan to replace our previous Town & Country that got totaled, I decided to use the USAA car buying service to locate vehicle When looking for a new minivan to replace our previous Town & Country that got totaled, I decided to use the USAA car buying service to locate vehicles. For the miles and year, Nash had the best price on a used 2017 Kia Sedona, one of my models that made the final cut. When I went to the Kia dealership, they wanted $4,000 more than the one at Nash, with more miles, just because it was "certified pre-owned"! The sales team there was very pushy, even when I showed him the Nash comp, and wouldn't budge so I walked away. When I contacted Nash, Mark was the one who took the call and because it was through USAA, he was able to give me a no-haggle out the door price. He was very responsive to any questions I had and I felt more honesty from him than the guy at the Kia dealership. When I went to check the Kia Sedona out at Nash, the test drive was smooth and the actual purchase and paperwork was completely hassle-free. Nash and Mark Wong were great and I would highly recommend them for any new or used purchase! More
