Being a woman, I ran into many sleazy salesmen who tried to take advantage of me by undermining my car buying intelligence, inflating the costs in the quotes I was given, and pressuring me to buy on the spot. The sales team at Nash were a breath of fresh air. They were fair and worked with me from start to finish making sure I got the the best deal possible. They truly look out for you the consumer and are not just about making money. They were very informative and were available all times of the day to answer any questions I may have had. I could not have pictured a more effortless experience. More
Fairly good until I noticed 3 extra payments on my paperwork I was told while at the dealership that they were running the numbers on a 5 and 6 year loan. I had already stated I would put $2500 down. In order to get my payments down to where I wanted, they asked if I could put another $200 down and I agreed. My salesman Hector came back and said they had gotten my payments down to where I wanted. I said , I suppose that's for 6 years and he said yes. Well we signed all the paperwork and neither me or my wife recall anything being said about 75 months instead of 72 months . While looking at the paperwork a couple of days later, I noticed the 3 extra months. I've called a few times asking to speak with someone in management,even leavin a voicemail and a message with th secretary a few days later. NO ONE has returned my call! I feel like they slid these 3 extra payments in unfairly! I didn't want to give a bad review because everything else went good. All I ask is to get a phone call from management and to feel important as a customer! More

He wasn’t a high pressure salesman at all. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very helpful. I also really enjoyed the fact that he looked me in the eye when speaking to me. I have never bought a GM vehicle but am happy to say that I have now and it was a great experience. More
