It’s always something with the service department. Unprofessional at times, long wait times, playing phone tag, getting hung up on etc. My most recent visit was for a free oil change. My appt was for Unprofessional at times, long wait times, playing phone tag, getting hung up on etc. My most recent visit was for a free oil change. My appt was for 10am. I did not get my car back until after 3pm. Before leaving my vehicle, I was asked if I had any concerns about the car. I advised it was running fine but the undercarriage cover underneath the car was coming down and needed to be retightened. Prior to picking my car up I was sent a service video, displaying the insides of the hood while the service rep is confirming all fluids have been changed and “topped off”. I get my car home, undercarriage hasn’t been touched, and my windshield wiper fluid is completely empty. The fluids were NOT TOPPED OFF and now I’m questioning if the oil was even changed since I was clearly lied to. I call this morning and I’m told mistakes happen and I can easily come BACK to get the windshield wiper fluid as if my times isn’t valuable. Not to mention I live 20 minutes away so it’s very much an inconvenience. I’m unsatisfied and annoyed by the lack of respect when you fail to do your job correctly the first time. Then you get bombarded with text requests to leave a review as if that’s most important. So here is your review! DO BETTER! More
You made a stupid mistake and that's the last two times! The level you put on the Windshields shows that you changed my regular oil and I paid for a synthetic oil change. When I called back, they told me believe me that we put synthetic oil. The person who changed the oil knows what oil he put in, that's why he put 3000 mil, and they charged me for synthetic oil. More

Initial diagnostic did but yikes the correct answer, had to bring the car twice fir the repair. Omar communicated well. Was also interested in a car purchase., when I inquired at the service desk, was told to bring the car twice fir the repair. Omar communicated well. Was also interested in a car purchase., when I inquired at the service desk, was told, “oh that’s the sales department, you will have to go there”. Wish the department being close, you will think they would take you over, introduce your to a team member from that department as I am a prospective customer. I did walk over the the sales department, very little interested was expressed. Overall- don’t think I will return. More
