I sche I purchased a Nissan 2000 Pathfinder and to my surprised there is an existing Safety Recall on either the passenger or drive side strut towers. I scheduled work on this dealership the week after I called Consumer Affairs and from what I have experienced by far the best. They have an awesome and well equipped facility as well as friendly and courteous services advisors. They treat you as one of their family here. I could not wait to go back there for oil and differential fluid flush. More
Great customer service and follow through I bought a 2013 Nissan rogue at Napoli Nissan in Milford back in July. The tire treads were low I was told by one of the sales associates that I would need to speak with a manager regarding this issue. I came in on Saturday and spoke to Al Tolomeo the manager (displayed excellent customer service btw). He saw the tires and directed me to their service department and told me to make an appointment. They scheduled me right away. Prior to speaking with the manager sales associate John Biba greeted me at the door that day. He wasted no time in getting the Al for me. John B. wasn't my sales rep but I wish he had been. He was very courteous and professional. If you're thinking of visiting Napoli Nissan in Milford. I would recommend you see John Biba. Also in their service department again excellent customer service was displayed by Manny Morales and John Ruggiero. I highly recommend you speak with either of them for your service needs at Napoli Nissan in Milford. I went in on a Saturday and the following Tuesday all 4 tires were replaced and they washed my car. too I'm truly thankful to the team members mentioned at Nissan. God bless them all. Sherry W More

Shady This place is run by a lot of shady people... To start I never write negative reviews and rarely complain, but I was ripped off here too many times and I would hate for anyone to go through this experience. Please go somewhere else that will you treat you with respect. The service department is not kind. I had an appointment ahead of time for service/oil change in September. When I arrived I was greeted in not a kind way. I was told I never made an appointment. Well I have the evidence on my phone, I guess it's my fault for not documenting who I talked to. I even showed him my reminder email for my appointment. He brushed it off and said I would have to wait 1.5-2 hours. On a more recent occasion I brought my car back in for service because I noticed my low tire pressure light was on. I walked out of there spending 1,000+ dollars. It turns out they sold us the car with the break pads already worn down to almost the illegal limit. It was off by .2mm. In addition, even though I have only drive 2,000 miles since purchasing the car there were major issues with the rotors as well that should never have popped up in 6 months. Now, I should have been MUCH more attentive when buying the car, but I was told that everything was in good shape and that the tires where in great shape by the sales rep. When we talked to the sales rep later he said, that stuff isn't up to me to know. Well how can someone like that sell you a car....Also, when my fiance and I talked with a manager, he even admitted to the wrong doing and tried to start fighting with us... Not our style. We will not be giving them our business anymore. There was a lot of shady stuff like that with the other things wrong with car. We were also insulted by a service staff member, but I really don't want to share that comment on here. It was really upsetting. After this experience and talking to others who know of Napoli Motors, we've heard similar stories from them. I would hate for anyone to have to deal with any of this, please go somewhere else. I don't know why there are in business. More
My car needed the air conditioning to be checked. It worked sometimes but other times wouldn't. When I went in there I explained my car had been broken into a few months prior and the wires had been tam worked sometimes but other times wouldn't. When I went in there I explained my car had been broken into a few months prior and the wires had been tampered with. My thoughts were that possibly the air worked online sometimes due to the taping of the wires. They quoted me $200. Later that day they quoted me $1000 explaining I needed new brakes. I called firestone because I had just had work done on my car. They explained that when I was there they had seen nothing wrong with the brakes and that they still had at least a good three months to last. I had dropped off my car at 7:45 a.m. and by 2:30 p.m. they still hadn't figured out the problem with my air conditioning. More
