I used to trust this service center, but my confidence is lost due to Don attempting to sell me a service that I did not need especially when the bill is already expected to be over $1200. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this service center; the 1st time, a few months after I purchased my Maxima from here; John in the service center quoted me on brakes stating I "had less than 50% life left so by next service, I'll need them." That was early 2024. Well, this visit is when I had the brakes done that John lied and said I needed over a year ago...so I'm not sure I recommend anyone to this service center. I want to trust you not be duped by you. We don't want salesman in the service center! Who the heck trusts any of those "flushes" anyway? Brake fluid flush on a 4 1/2 year-old car....knock it off with the nonsense. Customers matter especially if you want repeat business. More
