I bought a 2020 Rogue with only 20,000 miles on it back in December of 2023 basically have had this car nearly new for slightly over a year, bringing the car in for regular oil changes as soon as it reache in December of 2023 basically have had this car nearly new for slightly over a year, bringing the car in for regular oil changes as soon as it reaches the suggested odometer mileage for oil change every time. We also brought the car in for 30,000 mile and paid a significant amount of money for that service, nearly $800. Thankfully the first 12 months, oil changes were free, which was great. During the 30k mileage checkup the rotated tires and supposedly included balance and alignment. Since that visit immediately after leaving, I noticed a wobble in the car when I reached highway speed, so next oil change I mentioned it, nothing was fixed. I also mentioned it 2 more times at each subsequent oil change so probably around 15,000 miles of driving with a wobble that got so bad that the headrest on back seat was shaking excessively while driving. This latest oil change I said I really need to have this fixed it’s been 3 times mentioning there’s an issue and although being told it would be checked and fixed, nothing was done to fix it. Finally this last visit they checked it after I had to really stress the urgency and importance. Turns out a balance weight had fallen off or was not put on, that particular tire has succumb to significant wear and gave me 2 options buy all 4 new tires $1400, on a car that only has 55,000 miles, the other tires are in good condition, or option 2 pay $369 for an alignment and balance. When I told the representative that I didn’t feel I should pay anything because I had told them multiple times about the wobble and nothing was fixed, he said well I got you a $100 discount. He also told me that he couldn’t take responsibility for the past time I brought the car in and he wasn’t my representative those times and therefore couldn’t be blamed, let me be clear, the blame is on the institute for allowing this type of customer dissatisfaction to be normalized and tolerated date I say encouraged. More
