Took my car in for an oil change and left with a broken hood latch. Latch was working fine when I brought my can in and now I can’t even open my hood. I Was given vague answers and was not shown what was hood latch. Latch was working fine when I brought my can in and now I can’t even open my hood. Spoke with manager(Gino) about situation and was basically brushed off and told that these things happen and he felt that there was nothing that they did that could have damaged it. More
