Yousif was great from start to finish, what I didn’t like was I was preapproved already and they ran my credit afterwards twice. I wanted it to go with Capital One. My oil change was completed. We received the wrong inspection report and mileage sticker. It was for a different vehicle which we realized only after going home. The receipt had our car’s info, but the last page was for someone else’s vehicle. We called numerous times to speak to someone to see if we could get the correct report emailed. No one ever answers the service center. We left a voicemail message that was never returned. After a week I drove back to get the proper paperwork which I was given the sticker, and was told the inspection report was not saved so they couldn’t give it to me. I was told I could bring the car back another time for them to redo the inspection. Not even an apology for wasting our time. Just an offer to drive back a third time! More
