I financed a car on January 15 2025, drove it home and heard a loud horrible noise. I contacted Salesrep same eve and return car next day. I was told parts had to be ordered. I told management and everyon heard a loud horrible noise. I contacted Salesrep same eve and return car next day. I was told parts had to be ordered. I told management and everyone I am not comfortable with this situation only to be told it is what it is and I have to accept the car being serviced. When I picked up the car, no one test drove the car with me, I was told service manager drove and car is fixed. I drove car home problems still persists. The Manager, was very condescending, and everyone very dishonest. I was referred to this dealer, but it’s a grace mistake! More
