Called Napoli Nissan on a Friday at 3:40pm and spoke to an internet consultant by the name of Sherry. I told her I was interested in a white 2009 Nissan Maxima with leather interior. I asked if the vehicle an internet consultant by the name of Sherry. I told her I was interested in a white 2009 Nissan Maxima with leather interior. I asked if the vehicle was still available before I took the drive there seeing that they're located over an hour away from where I was coming from. She replied that the car was still available and so I told her that I would be there in a hour or so pending traffic. Already frustrated after getting stuck in 45 minutes of traffic and arriving at 5:30pm, the on the floor sales consultant that I was introduced to told me that the car was sold. I mentioned that I called less than 2 hours earlier and I was told that the vehicle was still available. I told him I specifically asked so that it would not be a waste of my time, gas, or money. The sales consultant had no answer for me aside from that fact that he wanted to sell me another car. This is a classic example of another dealer's shady business ethic, always trying to bait and switch a weary customer by just trying to get them in the door. WARNING, please don't give your business to any dealership such as Napoli Nissan that only has their best interest in mind. More
High pressure sales and promises not kept, they have you talk to 4 plus people, when asked for the contract and intrest rate over and over they "answered don't worry". Bottum line is returned the car to the talk to 4 plus people, when asked for the contract and intrest rate over and over they "answered don't worry". Bottum line is returned the car to them after 4 plus hours with them, went up the street and drove off with a car in less than three hours and did not also have to pay Napolis $600 dealer prep fee that is added to the price of the car. Just bought a 2013 Nissan Altima from Napoli NIssan. My experience was wonderful. My car sales man was Stephen. He was great. He knew the car inside and out. He was not pushy at all. By the time I lef experience was wonderful. My car sales man was Stephen. He was great. He knew the car inside and out. He was not pushy at all. By the time I left with the new car I knew everything about it. I was very pleased with his service. He was very kind and honest. Anytime I had a question, there was always someone there to answer it. They have long hours which worked out great for anyone that has a 9-5 job. The service of everyone there was wonderful. They let me know all my options before buying the car or having to put a down payment down. I ended up getting into a brand new Altima for the same price I was paying for my used car. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking into buying a new or used car. They had a huge variety of used cars as well. My car is absolutely beautiful! More
I had a great experience at Napoli. I was very nervous about buying a car for the first time - being young and female I felt like a lot of dealers were talking down to me or trying to pressure me to go ab about buying a car for the first time - being young and female I felt like a lot of dealers were talking down to me or trying to pressure me to go above the price limit I felt comfortable with. I didn't experience this at all at Napoli. The salesperson, Ron Valentino, was respectful of me and what I was looking for. I went twice, the first time alone, test drove a couple of the cars I'd seen online, talked about leasing. Went back two days later with my boyfriend and a list of cars, found a car (Nissan Versa) that I liked but was a little out of my price range. Ron was able to find another one with similar specs in my price range. Test drove it, bought it! The whole process was really easy and quick - I was able to drive the car home that afternoon. The referral program is great too. More
I called in asking about a Nissan Rogue. I spoke with Nikki and who was very pleasant. She then put me on the phone with her manager Marci Lynn, who was very helpful and invited me into their dealership. Nikki and who was very pleasant. I had a tried a few other dealerships before Napoli. I spoke withe the Internet Sales Mgr and told her my situation credit wise. She said they would need to first need to appraise my 09 Maxima trade in, a spoke withe the Internet Sales Mgr and told her my situation credit wise. She said they would need to first need to appraise my 09 Maxima trade in, and more than likely they could work on getting me approved on the 2010 Maxima I had my eyes on, and she'd be happy to meet me. Ok, so I drive the 35 miles to the dealership with the hope I was given over the phone. I checked out a couple of the used Maxima's on the lot. I walk in and ask to see Marci. Im told she is busy! (And here she was supposed to be expecting me!) So, Im assigned a salesman, who of course does not know my situation credit wise that I had made sure the Internet Mgr was aware of, and had assured me of a favorable outcome. So, quick credit app, and and even quicker denial! Nothing I didnt already know or had told them BEFORE my visit! My 09 Maxima wasnt even appraised, which was the main reason they wanted me to be there. So, if you dont have GREAT credit, they wont bother with you, regardless of what they tell you over the phone. I was VERY disappointed with this dealership, not in that I was denied credit, but in what I was told over the phone, and how the person who was supposed to meet me and help me, was apparently "busy"...... I called saying that I had purchased by current vehicle new from their agency a few years ago I NEEDED to buy a new car as I was giving my current vehicle away. I called on a Wednesday (twice) and waited f new from their agency a few years ago I NEEDED to buy a new car as I was giving my current vehicle away. I called on a Wednesday (twice) and waited for return call, Wednesday and Thursday. In the P.M. on Friday received a call that the salesman would call back in 15 minutes. Never received call and purchased vehicle one week later from another agency. More
I am very pleased with my purchase and my overall experience with Napoli Nissan. Priscilla was excellent to work with and I feel that she went over and above the duty of a salesperson. I believe I experience with Napoli Nissan. Priscilla was excellent to work with and I feel that she went over and above the duty of a salesperson. I believe I received an honest deal on my new purchase. I am a bit disappointed in a couple of things... First, I never like going into a car deal without knowing the numbers: trade-in value, cost of new vehicle, etc... I could never get an answer on those two questions. I kept getting a monthly payment! It wasn't until I signed the paperwork that I saw the purchase price (a good deal) and my trade-in value... which was a bit too low, especially since it is currently advertised at $4000.00 over what I was given in trade. Second, I understand Christmas is a busy time for car dealerships (and it was extremely busy), but it took 3 days to complete this deal. I was ready to drive away that day. More
I would have to say my experience with this dealership wasn't one of my bests, but it has been several years since I bought a new car. One of my dislikes was the amount of time spent at the dealership. wasn't one of my bests, but it has been several years since I bought a new car. One of my dislikes was the amount of time spent at the dealership. I spend a total of 7 hours at the dealership between 2 days. Approximately 1 hour test driving, 4 hours negotiating price, trade in amounts and other options/vehicles and 2 hours to close the deal, sign paperwork, service department tour and new car inspection. I've never spent that amount of time in the 30 years of buying/leasing cars. I felt that was a bit overkill and turned me off a bit. I also felt "ambushed" by the salesmen and the sales manager and a big push to sell me a car THAT DAY when they weren't hearing what I was saying. It was frustrating at one point. I know their objective is to sell a vehicle, but making such a purchase of that magnitude needs careful thought by everyone instead of making a quick decision just to make a quota/sale. More
