My husband and I went to Napoli looking for a Nissan after owning nothing by new Chevy's all our lives. We went to Napoli and met Priscilla who, to say the least, knew what she was talking about. Being unfamiliar with Nissans, she answered every question we had, no matter how small, always with a smile, complete honesty and 100% knowledge of the vehicle. We bought a 2012 Nissan Altima and are completely satisfied with the whole process. We wanted a specific color and package that the dealer did not have on the lot. Priscilla searched for 3 weeks and finally found one. She would call us with updates, good or bad, on her search for our car. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated that. Professionalism, knowledge and compassion are qualities you rarely find when dealing with sales people anymore. Priscilla is the exception. I found the used vehicle that wanted on-line and Jessica Cocco was able to assist me immediately. We test drove the car and checked-it out together. Upon closer inspection, we noticed some minor defects for which he and his colleague, Pedro, were willing to adjust on the price. I wasn't certain about the purchase but Danny did not apply any pressure and even took the time to show me a few other car options. During this time, I was also considering trading in my car and Danny had it appraised. While doing so, I was able to utilize their free WiFi connection to get work done as well as conduct a little more homework on my cars. After a few easy discussions with Danny and Pedro, we were able to come to a mutual agreement on the sales price of the new car I wanted as well as the sales price of the car that I was trading in to them. Shortly thereafter, I met with Joanna in the Finance Department and she was wonderful. She was smart, fast, thorough and a pleasure to speak with. I've had my car for the past few days and could not be happier with my choice or the experience at Napoli Nissan. If you're looking to purchase a car from some fair, decent people look no further. Went to look for a car one week.. test drove about 3 cars... none that I qualified for... when I came in, I told him exactly how much I had to put down and where I wanted my payments at. Well while waited for. 20 minutes.. I noticed that he was on the other side of the building taking care of a customer that that there the day before. So I decided to leave. The salesman decided to call me later in the week and said that he had a few cars in my price range , and would like me to return. I returned a few days later... loved the 1st choice after the test drive. There were a few things to to be fixed on it that were minor. I made a deposit. I came back 3 days later with all the info that they needed and my full down payment. When I got there, ther printer was down and their finance manager asked to come back in 4hrs so they can call an I.t. guy to come fix it. This was on a Saturday.. one of the busy days. .. lucky I di some window shopping for 2hrs and called back. By then my paper work was printed. I signed, and they said everything should go thru by weds. Well I came in on Thursday.. and the check engine lite was on. The saleman said that the the just put in a sensor, and the light should go out well by the the time I did my 45 minute ride home, picked up dinner the car over heated and the check engine lite was blinking. I had to all them in the morning for them to tow the car back to the dealership. It took 3 days for someone to call m back. I gave t One day, the second day I called 2x and got no where. The 3rd which was Monday. Still no.. no valid reason. My next step is the /BB... consumer team 8... dmv... and the bank who issued the loan.. not quality work there More

I have leased two Altimas from Nissan. Jerry Lynch was extremely helpful in both transactions. I have been buying/leasing cars for 40 years and I can honestly say that when I picked up the first Altima, J extremely helpful in both transactions. Since I leased a second Altima, the 2nd presentation covered the newer features of my 2011 vs my 2008. I got 35mpg(hiway) with my first Altima and feel confident my second one will do as well. More

Slight misunderstanding at start where salesperson thought we were looking for a bottom of the line model. Once we were on the same wavelength we had a nice test drive, located a fully loaded model i thought we were looking for a bottom of the line model. They gave us a copy of their invoice for the car and gave us a price under dealer cost, which included the current rebate from Nissan. They offered to let us take the car home overnight to make sure that we were comfortable with it. I initially declined as I still had 2 more manufactures to check out. Sales manager mentioned before we left that if we could wait until next week end there was most likely an addition Nissan rebate that we could get. Went back later in the week and took the car home for a couple of hours, had my trade-in appraised and made a deal. Got both rebates, they increased the value of my trade-in to match another dealer’s offer, which was very fair, and was offered free service for a year. One of the nicest new car experiences we’ve had from our initial visit right through delivery. If service is as good we will be repeat customers. More
Napoli Nissan did a great job in leasing us a 2011 Sentry. I did a good deal of research on similar cars and Napoli came through with the most features for the best leasing dollar. I am actually very surprised by some of the negative reviews on here about Napoli Nissan. I myself have had a great experience. They truely do have rock bottom pricing hassle free! When I got there I met her and then worked with the GM Lou who went over the final numbers in detail. My salesperson, Ron Valentino pulled the car up for a test drive. I ended up picking out a different color. My new car was ready less than an hour later! Just had to sign my paperwork and was out quickly. It was nice to get a fantastic price without a headache. They were very up front and thourough. I also got a free oil change just haven't hit the miles to use it yet. The service department seems very up to date and clean. They also have a referral program where they pay $100 for referring customers. As a happy customer myself I will be sure to refer my friends and family and make a few bucks myself. My experience was great. I haven't had a good experience buying a new car in over 10 years. Thanks Napoli. More
