You are nothing but a number to them They lie and once the sale is final they treat you like Nobody they are not helpful, they don't return calls , they are mean on purpose. I am a colle They lie and once the sale is final they treat you like Nobody they are not helpful, they don't return calls , they are mean on purpose. I am a college student I am a senior now , and I went to NAPOLI NISSAN IN MILFORT CT to buy a car first when I came in I wasn't greeted nor did anyone talk to me , after 5 to 10 minutesminutes car sales man came and he asked to help me long story short he told me the used car I was buying was good but he lied less than 3 months later the car had engine problems , my ac wasn't working, the car was locking and unlocking itself smoke was coming out the vents , I needed brake pads, front and rear the car was and still is making a sqweeky noise. After chasing them for months left many voice mail to the salesman , the manager and the finance guy his name is Joe I didn't receive any response I went there in person they made me feel stupid the finance guy states that I never asked him for warranty on the car. Lies that was the first thing I asked him but he never sold it to me. When I sat down with the manager he gave me a deal , but the finance guy did not sell me the car with the discounted price. I stalked them for months , they told me that this would be taking care of till this day it's almost a year I am still having the same issues I haven't even finish paying for the car. DO NOT PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE DO NOT BUY FROM THERE. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. I wasted all of my college savings on this piece of junk and all I got from them was the door shut to my face on November 3rd of 2014 . They only want your money look elsewhere before buying from them . More
I was given the "Dupe The Woman" treatment I originally leased by 2012 Nissan Rogue with Napoli so I decided to go back to them to see what my options were to lease another vehicle or buy-out m I originally leased by 2012 Nissan Rogue with Napoli so I decided to go back to them to see what my options were to lease another vehicle or buy-out my Rogue. In a nutshell, first he told me that my Buy-Out Fee was $299 (as stated on my contract) but after consulting with his Manager, my Buy-Out Fee was now going to be $1,000! When I questioned why there was a $700 discrepancy, he simply stated, "that's what my manager told me." Then he told me that the Doc Fees (to process the paperwork to keep my Rogue) was going to be $599 (versus $399 that I was quoted at another dealership). And last, he quoted me a starting purchase price that was $3,000 higher than what was stated on my contract...and this doesn't even include all the fees, registration and extended warranty that would have to be added. Not ONCE did they ever ask to see my contract until a day later when I told them they quoted me significantly higher prices. How can you ethically continue to do business with customers when you treat repeat customers --or ME rather-- in that manner?! I understand everyone is trying to make a buck/commission, but it shouldn't be at my expense....especially when they didn't even try to honor my contract initially. So for those reasons, I took my business elsewhere and was given far better treatment and honorable pricing. More

My son had a Saab 9-3 that was totaled in an auto accident and wanted to replace it with the exact car. We found it on Napoli Motor's website, a 2008 Blue Saab 9-3 Linear for 7995.00. My son's same exact car, so I called as I wanted to purchase it. They said they still had it and I specified 2 times that I was ONLY interested in that particular car and explained why. They said the sales manager would have it waiting for us when we got there, #1 lie. We got there 45 minutes away and was greeted by Brian who told us that the car was at the other showroom right down the street and he would be back with it in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he came back and said it was sold and tried to sell us something else. We promptly got up and left. They wasted our Sunday afternoon! Stay away from this dealer, I have read too many stories EXACTLY like this one on the reviews, I should have listened. More
Very dishonest dealership! Terrible dealership! Nice sales people who work hard, but lost a sale because of false advertising. Be Carefull if you think you're buying a car adver Terrible dealership! Nice sales people who work hard, but lost a sale because of false advertising. Be Carefull if you think you're buying a car advertised as certified used. When you go to buy it they will tell you it's " certifiable" and you have to pay extra to have it certified. This is after the price has been negotiated. Run, and don't look back. More

We were accepted for fina We selected used nissan for my wife after several visits. Initially all things were as one would expect at a car dealership. We were accepted for financing through NMAC and paperwork was signed. However, at this point things became confused. We were told by the finance mananger (Joe) that they couldn't complete registration transfer because they didn't have the title to the car we were buying and were told they would take care of it by the end of the week and we were sent off with dealer plates. At the end of the week, salesman called and told us all was set and could we drive down to get the registration and bring back the dealer plates as well as title to our trade. After some schedule juggling, I,drove down on Saturday, handed over the title to our trade, gave them back dealer plate. After a time "Joe" came out and said the could still not give me the registration. He wrote out a temporary one so that we could put our own plates on car...and Promised he would send our registration to us on Monday. By Friday we had not received it. Upon calling the dealership and again talking to "Joe", he acted surprised and passed blame to the office personnel. He stated he look into it and call me right back. Now 5 days later I have still now received that " I'll call you right back" phone call. We still have no registration now after four weeks. Seems odd! This so called manager has no follow up skills, poor understanding of customer service, and in my opinion, has mis- represented the problem and seems unable to accept responsibility for his ineptitude. In my career as an operations manager leading other management and hundreds of employees, this individual would certainly not have remained in any responsible position for long. Finally, we received neither any commincation nor have we received the registration so I can not comment on the final outcome. Suffice it to say, I see no reason to visit this dealership again to purchase a vehicle or for any other service. More
I been a costumer of this dealer for many years, I have bought about 7 new cars from them and every time I go back it got worse , to the point that I had to write this review. very unprofessional, they ga bought about 7 new cars from them and every time I go back it got worse , to the point that I had to write this review. very unprofessional, they gave my name to every bank in the US and that dropped my credit score a lot of points. they gave me the car and said you are approved just come back to sign the paper work tomorrow. after a week they notice they enter all my info wrong in the application. needless to say. now I have lower credit score and I will never make business with them anymore. after been a loyal costumer for many years that's the treatment I get. be aware. they have a saying in the radio that says: if your car doesn't say NAPOLI you paid too much. wrong. prices are very high and the service is horrible. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Tony who is probably the only decent person i dealt with at that place. He was very accommodating and answer every single question and even helped me after his job was done (selling the vehicle). after I drove of the lot with my car the irresponsible finance department forgot to do their job and my car got repo the very next week. I got in touch with Tony and he did everything in his power to help me get my car back. but after dealing with the repo company my car was damage and know needs repairs to the body, front end suspension or new tires (I'm hoping). And napoli management answer to all this is "go tell the repo company, their the ones responsible for your damages". I feel that they should be the ones repairing the vehicle since they are the cause for my car to be towed away in the first place. know I have the headache of dealing with a rude and irresponsible repo company. all because they drop the ball on this one (actual words from one of the managers) Napoli looks like a good dealer to do business with but some of there staff are not living up to the Napoli promise and costumer service policies...
