Beware! Let me start with the Pros....Ok done!!! Do NOT waste your time here! So being that in the past I have had some ok success with this dealer I decided Let me start with the Pros....Ok done!!! Do NOT waste your time here! So being that in the past I have had some ok success with this dealer I decided to give them another shot. Went online, picked a car, did the credit application. I get a call from sales..."Let me run some numbers and ill call you". That he did, seeing on my credit report that they did check my credit. I said in my email and to the sales person over the phone I need to be at $400 a month. No more! That was with a trade I was backwards in and $2500 down. He said it would work no problem... Went to the dealer Saturday 11/5/16. Looked at a few cars and I really did not like anything. Coming from the automotive field, it seems that they do not check the cars before they sell them. So after driving a few cars, knowing I could not go out of my price range I was ready to leave. The sales manager and sales person said I have so many more cars that would work. So me wanting to buy a car said "If you can keep me within my payment, lets go for it" Asked for All wheel Drive, Drove a car said lets go for it, after waiting on them, I did some research and found out it was not AWD. Good thing I checked. To believe I would trust them to do what is best for me! ,HA!!!!! Finally we chose a Rogue. It had a hole in the back seat, but the sales manager said they would take care of it. He said that they would give me a loaner one day, fix it and I would be good to go. I was like perfect. Lets do it. Simple right???? HAHAHAHAHA NOPE! (When I went back the next day it was like nope I don't think that is going to happen. I said I don't want the car then and like that it was back on the table) Sat there for 2 more hours waiting to fill out my paper work. Finally I told them I had to leave. They put me on a dealer plate and said I could come back on Sunday. That was ok. They were "helping" me. Finally went back. Sat again for an hour. Started the paperwork and BAM my $400 a month payment went up another $125 to$175 a month. MAGIC. Long story short. Read all the reviews. Look at the DMV complaints against this place and make your own decision. I know I was not the easiest to get approved but don't waste my time. I waited a day to do this review. If I did it that day it would of been worse. DO NOT GO HERE. I can't stress that enough. 5 total cars from this place and this is what you get. Signed a never ever again pissed off former customer. More

Naz and Gina turned it around! What started as a less than perfect expeirence turned out to be a Wonderful expierence with the help of Naz and Gina. Not only did they fix the problem they followed up to see if they did everything right. And they sure did. If not for Naz and Gina I think I definately would not have purchased my car from Nissan. Helpful Staff AT FIRST Helpful staff. Very patient with me through all of my questions and concerns. They were helpful without being pushy. I came in to purchase my current Helpful staff. Very patient with me through all of my questions and concerns. They were helpful without being pushy. I came in to purchase my current lease, and ended up leasing again. Then, 1 month later, I received phone calls from a collections company stating I owed my last 2 lease payments that Napoli was supposed to have paid off. I reached the salesperson who passed me onto a sales manager, who was there when I completed the transaction. He stated he would "take care of it, call me back and email the verification that it was taken care of." Never heard back from him and until I spoke with Jordan in finance, NOTHING was done to reconcile this. The car was never paid off. Jordan, who went above and beyond, had the car paid off on DEC. 5. (I turned it in on Oct. 29). Now, Dec. 16, I received ANOTHER bill from Nissan stating I owe another payment plus fees because it was not paid off until Dec. NEVER AGAIN More
