worst dealership ever My son bought his first used 2009 chrysler 300 here. 1st day home, electronic key did not work defective key. Long sory short ended up lb splitting My son bought his first used 2009 chrysler 300 here. 1st day home, electronic key did not work defective key. Long sory short ended up lb splitting cost with dealer for 2nd key that worked. 2 weeks later all power steering fluid leaked out of it. Called them to repair it. They said they are not responsible g for repair, connecticut has law says sold db"as is". So we took it to a local responsible dealership who found a RAG SHOVED UP THE SHAFT OF THE POWER STEERING SHAFT. So, we called Napoli to tell them the power steering fluid leaked out because it had a hole in it and someone had shoved a rag up it, neatly put the cap back on, then the plate back on until it over flowed. $1,700 later, still giving, problems. Napoli refused to fix and Jose service manager said to me "lady, car sold to your son "as and connecticut has law that says cars sold as is means RAG OR NO RAG WE WILL NOT PAY FOR REPAIR" Not our problem and you cannot return the car, as is "MEANS AS IS" Wow I am shocked this could even be allowed. More
