Kia Napoli serive department was the worse service I ever had. I waited 3 hours for a simple oil check. I had an appointment and when I arrived on time I was told the wait was going to be only an hour to an had. I waited 3 hours for a simple oil check. I had an appointment and when I arrived on time I was told the wait was going to be only an hour to an hour and 15 min yet it was much longer. They do not care about customer service never gave me an update on my car. And when I asked how much longer i was told 5 min when in reality I waited close 30 minutes after asking them. More

Communication was poor at Napoli. They didn't communicate my car needed to have a part ordered and it wouldn't be ready to pick up until the next day.
