I bought a car there and had a good experience, so I brought my girlfriend there 6 months later. She was Pressured into signing a high interest rate loan when she had excellent credit. The Service Representive was very professional. I got both cars back in a timely manner. My only suggestion is to remove some chairs from inside the service waiting room.
