Took my car in for a transmission issue. The dealership diagnosed the problem and determined a new transmission was needed. They quoted me a price of $12,000 to replace the transmission. I had already done research and found the average cost to be between $6,000 and $7,000. I had a warranty on the car and when the service guy was told about the warrantee, he quoted me that price to max out the coverage which if I didn't know any better, would have cost me thousands out of pocket in addition to my deductible. I told them that I would be taking the car to a shop that I found that quoted me a price within that average repair or replace cost and it was then that the service guy told me he would work with me to "absorb some of the cost" so I would only have to pay my deductible. I felt that the service guy was trying to take advantage of me and couldn't help but question to myself, how many other people have been taken advantage of. This dealer has lost my business. I will avoid taking my car to them in the future. More

Only one key given with the car -- he says, "Its a used car, what do you expect?" Car picked up after THREE day wait for "detailing".. car is filthy, license plate thrown on haphazardly drilled into car body crooked, and 1/4 tank of gas. This is the most low budget shady car dealership I've ever dealt with. We would have walked away - if they didn't already have our money, and had no recourse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! More
