Purchased a new car 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to get my paperwork. I have called several times and no one has returned my phone calls. The poor receptionist knows my voice, since I've called so many times. My sales guy was very unprofessional. I chose one car and I couldn't get approved for that one, so he took it upon himself to give me a complete different vin number for me to get insurance quotes. Communication is the key, tell me I didn't get approved then allow me to pick out another car that I will get approved. Don't just decided for me. DO NOT use Bryan Trimble as your sales guy. I work with people everyday and customer service is very important. I even left a message for the manager and still haven't received a call back smh. Between my cousins and I they sold 3 cars in the past month unfortunately now since the sale is over so is the customer service. None of us have gotten our paperwork that we signed. Where's the customer copies??? More

Especially our sales person, Art Colley. It really did feel like he had our families best interest in mind as he helped us through the process of selecting a quality family vehicle and managing the little snafus that tend to arise in these types of purchases. Lenny Napoli is a class act in his attention to detail in assisting me in the purchase of my 1970 Buick GS. Everything from making sure the car is in working order, handling financing and shipping the car to my house. This is my 2nd purchase from Lenny, and he would be the only one I would ever go to in the future or refer anyone to him. I replied to their acknowledgement stating the model Kia I was interested in and even looked up the stock number. I'm going on my fifth day and numerous emails to them trying to get a price. If this is the way they treat prospective customers, I can't wait to see how they deal with customer issues. Having been in business for over 40 years and quoting customers prices on items and large projects, I know it doesn't take this long to look up a price on a car in stock. More
