Terrible experience even after 3 years of knowing them. I have bought my first car with the same general manager and sales person when it was Kia of Milford.. Went in to possibly see what they offer me or b I have bought my first car with the same general manager and sales person when it was Kia of Milford.. Went in to possibly see what they offer me or beat the unbeatable deal from another dealership. They matched the deal, which i was fine with since I bought my first car here and know them from previous purchase. They voiced and emailed me that the car will be at the dealership and be ready for pick up and delivery which to find out, it won't happen on that day that i was getting ready to go pick up the car, I have in writing on email that asked I can get my deposit back if the car isn't here on saturday(5/19/2018), which he said yes to Yesterday (5/18/2018). and now they refuse to return my deposit and also wants me to sign the paperwork when I haven't even seen my car. Funny how they want me to sign papers when the car isn't even in sight or have a thorough inspection by the buyer.. I have lost all the faith and trust in this dealership.. and people. More

Scam! I paid 10k for a car that lasted 7 whole days off the lot. I wasn’t told there was no warranty on the car until I was in a room with the manager being I paid 10k for a car that lasted 7 whole days off the lot. I wasn’t told there was no warranty on the car until I was in a room with the manager being pressured to sign the paperwork, with no invitation to discuss this new info in private. Now I am the proud owner of a car with dry rotted tires and a misfiring engine. Thanks napoli!!!!! More
Easiest car i ever bought! This is the second time I purchased a car through Stan Loan. I was pleased to see he was still at Napoli, since it had been a while. I like him because he is not pushy, listens to your requests, doesn't try to sell you something you can't afford, and I believe gets you the best deal he can. Don't get ripped off like I did! The buying experience was OK, but subsequent service/ customer service was terrible! I bought a used Suzuki SX4- 2008- just a little too old to invoke The buying experience was OK, but subsequent service/ customer service was terrible! I bought a used Suzuki SX4- 2008- just a little too old to invoke the lemon law. Check engine light went on the day after I brought it home- it needed a new catalytic converter- conveniently NOT covered by the extended warranty I paid for. Took them 2 months just to get the part. Then 7 days for a one day job! Took it home & next day it wouldn't start- they'd neglected to connect the battery cable properly- it literally fell off after I'd driven from CT to JFK airport! Then the car developed a vibration & Harley-like growl- turns out they had not properly tightened the bolt holding the catalytic converter to the car- or, in their words, "the bolt worked itself loose." All that & they had the nerve to charge me for the replacement of the catalytic converter! Even though I've paid for a service contract & have a year of free oil changes coming to me, there's no way I'll ever bring my car to that shop again- it's not worth the time, money, and the aggravation of being blown off day after day, not to mention the dangerous ineptitude of the mechanics. Be smart- take your business elsewhere! More
