I own a Genesis and their service is outstanding I have been bringing my Genesis back for service ever since I purchased the car six years ago. The service manager for Genesis is Fred Uzarski. Each and every time I bring the car in for service he is aware of the appointment, the car is taken immediately, the wait time is just as he describes it, the cost is what he quotes, no surprises, and he has a great attitude. Sometimes he makes a suggestion, which, turns out to be quite valid. The next time I purchase a Genesis it will be at Napleton West Palm Beach so that Fred can take care of my service needs. More

He rolled out the red carpet and was very hospitable while I waited for my Genesis to be ready. I told him I needed to be ready in an hour and a half and he had it first in line to be completed! Excellent Service I brought my 2010 Hyundai in for an oil change, I expressed to the service guy that I was kinda in a hurry and I needed it completed ASAP.
