I own a Genesis and their service is outstanding I have been bringing my Genesis back for service ever since I purchased the car six years ago. The service manager for Genesis is Fred Uzarski. Each I have been bringing my Genesis back for service ever since I purchased the car six years ago. The service manager for Genesis is Fred Uzarski. Each and every time I bring the car in for service he is aware of the appointment, the car is taken immediately, the wait time is just as he describes it, the cost is what he quotes, no surprises, and he has a great attitude. Sometimes he makes a suggestion, which, turns out to be quite valid. The next time I purchase a Genesis it will be at Napleton West Palm Beach so that Fred can take care of my service needs. More

Excellent service I purchased my Elantra brand new in 2007 in Columbia, SC. I moved to West Palm Beach, FL and I always go to Napleton Hyundai in WPB. Horrific wait time! I purchased my 2013 Elantra from Northlake. Service wait time there is excellent. As I live in Wellington, WPB location closer so I usually bring my c I purchased my 2013 Elantra from Northlake. Service wait time there is excellent. Genesis service This was my 4th service at Hyundai and my first time at this location. Frank was absolutely wonderful!! He rolled out the red carpet and was very hosp This was my 4th service at Hyundai and my first time at this location. Frank was absolutely wonderful!! He rolled out the red carpet and was very hospitable while I waited for my Genesis to be ready. I told him I needed to be ready in an hour and a half and he had it first in line to be completed! Highly recommend!!! More
