Avoid the service dept, seems like they are trained to sell The service dept is bad. They don't check the service history on the car or even check the car to see if it needs what they are selling. I had brand n The service dept is bad. They don't check the service history on the car or even check the car to see if it needs what they are selling. I had brand new wipers and tires installed elsewhere, and they said I needed new wipers and an alignment. The car was aligned when I had new tires installed. They didn't bother to even check. When I was there I heard a customer complain about the techs using his cars to goto McDonald's, because he found trash in the passenger seat. Hyundai is a great brand but Napleton seems to ruin it. More

This company doesn't care about the local community This dealership parked their entire fleet of cars in the garages that were set to be used by the community to keep their cars safe from hurricane Irma This dealership parked their entire fleet of cars in the garages that were set to be used by the community to keep their cars safe from hurricane Irma. Instead of letting the city help hundreds of people with one decision they decided to only benefit themselves. Why? Why so selfish? You're a business, with insurances, the financial means to make choices that affect the local community in a positive way. But you didn't. For that I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I will always mention what you did. Shame on you, you're gonna pay for this some way and I hope it's from people refusing to buy from you. More

WORST FINANCE DEPT The worst day of my life!!!! I had a service and I was told I could be put into another sonata to bury some old debt from last sonata got there at 7am The worst day of my life!!!! I had a service and I was told I could be put into another sonata to bury some old debt from last sonata got there at 7am after they ran credit and had me sign a deal i waited for my new car 5 hours later to be told that I would have to pay 3k when after i left there 3 times and had multiple managers call me to give me the deal i could afford and wanted. So i go back wait and guess what oh you need to give me 3k. What a scam what good is it to run my credit show me payment options have me sign on a deal for that payment and then hours later come back with that crap then on top they transfer my blue link service to new car give me keys to it and give a positive Google Review to Napeltons as the manager said i will give you the deal if you leave a positive remark. learned my lesson and UNREAL BAD BUSINESS Let them know that you will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and also the Better Business Bureau. That will certainly get their attention. I also will be leaving bad ratings on several dealer review web sites. They don't even have the decency to call and apologize for wasting my time which i could have been working. More
Screwed I was told my lease was for 3 yrs,. but they changed it to 4 yrs. without telling me,. HORRIBLE SERVICE- DISHONEST SALES STAFF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Non-existent, really. I spent over an hour trying to get a simple question answered. I was HUNG UP ON 11 times. Not even a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Non-existent, really. I spent over an hour trying to get a simple question answered. I was HUNG UP ON 11 times. Not even a hello. Just the sound of the phone being picked up and then hung up. I thought maybe the dealership was on fire or something. The 6 times when the phone was actually answered, I was transferred, then disconnected each time. After longer than an hour of this frustration, I finally decided to call North Palm Hyundai and my call was taken care of immediately. West Palm Hyundai has lost my business for good. I would give zero stars if possible. On top of all of this, when I bought the car, I was conned into signing up for a bunch of 'extras' that bumped the final sale price up about $6-7K. It took me about a month to sort it all out and I still ended up paying more than was originally agreed upon. My dad was ready to blow his top with the salesperson and the finance guy. Bad management, shady dealings, and bad customer service. They should all be ashamed of themselves. Ed Napleton will definitely be getting a letter from me. More
