Car is ready when promised and no surprises with respect to unforeseen repairs. My service agent Daileen is super! I call her to schedule my appointment and she always makes sure I get a convenient time. I strongly recommend Napleton to any Hyundai owners. Jim H More
Put my life at risk I left poor feedback after a service appointment last month and received an email from Mike Clancy that he would call me. I never received a call. That service included a tire rotation. 3 weeks later, I hear a knocking sound from my tire. I can't see anything in the tire and it's not losing air pressure. The following weekend, I take it to Tire Kingdom to see if they see anything. They notice that 3 lug nuts are missing. What I was hearing was the wheel literally knocking around on 2 lug nuts. Hyundai service had not tightened the nuts. I had been driving on 95 and that wheel could have flown off. I immediately went to Hyundai for the nuts. What should have taken a few minutes and I was there for 45 minutes. I was told they would have the service manager call me. He didn't. I emailed him and received no response. Pure endangerment. No refund, no apology, nothing. These people should be out of business! More

Bryan May was outstanding in service! Hi, my name is Rachel and I went to Hyundai WPB today, 8/22/2018, for car service. I had called 2 days ago to schedule this appt. When I called, I sai Hi, my name is Rachel and I went to Hyundai WPB today, 8/22/2018, for car service. I had called 2 days ago to schedule this appt. When I called, I said I will take any service advisor that can take me at the time of the appt. When I pulled up and parked, an employee greeted me, then told me a service advisor would come see me. Bryan May walked up to me and introduced himself, and I explained to him I was here for an oil change and possibly needed 2 tires, but to please come see me and discuss prices before doing any tires because I am a teacher and I have a tight budget. Also, there was a problem the last time I came in with my VIN number. I think 2 Vin’s were under my name for the same car so it was confusing to see my service history. He went into the computer and deleted the wrong vin and got it all fixed. He not only did exactly as I requested, but provided a service exceeding my expectation by giving me a discount on the oil change and explaining that my tires will actually be ok until my next oil change (3000 more miles). This was outstanding to me because I have seen other service advisors at different service centers that would have tried to push the tire job on me (in this situation) for the money. Bryan was so understanding and truly met my needs as a customer today. To the service manager- Please know that Bryan put forth exceptional effort to exceed my needs and left me as a happy customer. You have a great, hard working, empathetic, and caring employee in Bryan. I plan to always see Bryan when I return back to WPB Hyundai service, and I highly recommend him. More

Service I brought in my 2013 Veloster for repair on 2 issues that should have been covered under my extended warrantee that I purchased when I bought the car. I brought in my 2013 Veloster for repair on 2 issues that should have been covered under my extended warrantee that I purchased when I bought the car. The clock did not work and there was a "crunching" noise coming from the front of the hood. They called the policy holder (which I found out wasn't Hyundai) to replace my radio (that controls the clock). When they came to inspect the car, my service rep was out that day and no one knew what was going on with my car, so they claim was denied. The company refused to come back and look at my car again and the dealer would do nothing about it. When I called Hyundai Corporate, they called Geo, my service rep. several times, who never returned their call. They also refused to repair the crunching sound, misdiagnosing it completely! I tried to call the General manager of the Dealership and the Service Manager at least six times and no one ever called me back! DO NOT GO THERE! More
