I had my 1st oil change on my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. What a total and complete disappointment. It's grueling enough just to make an appointment for the service. Consider yourself lucky if you even get a call back. I was really hoping within time this dealership would have improved by now. However, I can clearly see for myself...It's definitely gone from bad to worse! It's extremely unfortunate because they are closest to me. I'm compelled to seek service elsewhere because who doesn't want Top Notch Service! It's out there and I will find it! I don't even know who I was assigned to...and for the record the service guy Jason had nothing to do with the service I received and when you look at the paperwork you'll see why. I still have to stop back in and pick up the original paperwork that I never received on my 1st Oil Change! Good luck! More
The Napleton Hyundai Dealership giving me a quote of 4000 usd to replace Sun Ruf mechanism (the motor of mechanism is ok, only one of the pieces where the glass moves is damaged). This quote is 25 % of the i usd to replace Sun Ruf mechanism (the motor of mechanism is ok, only one of the pieces where the glass moves is damaged). This quote is 25 % of the initial price of the car!!!!. Practically, I never used it and it was damaged. The car only has 25000 milles on it. The guy who attended me was very nice but I didn't spect this price. The manufacturer's warranty is for the glass, not the mechanism. I'm still in shock, I ma'am believe it. An example of how dealers cheat you. More

I made an appointment for service. AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I sat in the line for 30 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Then I was told 2 1/2 - 3 hours for AN OIL CHANGE. What is the purpose of an appointm sat in the line for 30 minutes before anyone said a word to me. Then I was told 2 1/2 - 3 hours for AN OIL CHANGE. What is the purpose of an appointment? The service department was really rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Attitudes on full display. Just awful. More

This dealer is not able to logistically handle the volume for service! When I arrived probably 30+ sitting waiting to be pulled from drive up area. A total cluster! It doesn't matter if you have an appointme for service! When I arrived probably 30+ sitting waiting to be pulled from drive up area. A total cluster! It doesn't matter if you have an appointment since they would never know which vehicle has one! The service advisor confirmed that is the way it works at this dealership. Poor techs are working pretty much outside under car wash cover like conditions. I actually drove all the way south to Rick Case for service busy as well but organized. If I had known this upfront I would definitely not have purchased a Hyundai. Toyota is ran 1000% better! More
