Napleton Hyundai is inept; 4 trips for same repair. BEWARE Well, this dealership and it manager Raul Gomila have been incompetent, callous, rude and utterly contemptuous. After spending $60,000 for an Equus, Well, this dealership and it manager Raul Gomila have been incompetent, callous, rude and utterly contemptuous. After spending $60,000 for an Equus, the car began pulling right. Four alignments, four new tires, and days of wasted time and still the car pulls right. Raul Gomila told me directly that he would confirm repairs personally. Nope. Not even a call back. Ernie, the placeholder in charge of service also failed to do his job. Fred, the useless Equus guy also failed to do his job. It was only after I called Hyundai corporate headquarters and posted videos showing the abject incompetence of these 3 that Raul Gomila thought it wise to return my calls. Excuse after excuse simply reinforced his incompetence. He actually told me that my car wasn't fixed because someone had jury duty! Jury duty! Napleton Hyundai and Raul Gomila either cannot, will not or do not want to fix my car. In any case they are shockingly incompetent and the rudeness and disregard they have for my safety and my time speak volumes for Hyundai in general. I have 6 drivers in my family and 5 cars. I will never consider Napleton for anything, and neither should you. Hyundai thinks it is good and acceptable for Napleton to treat Equus customers like morons. Hyundai think Napleton is good. Hyundai thinks Raul Gomila is doing his job well. Hyundai lost my business forever. Nice work Raul Gomila, nice work. Anyone considering Hyundai should certainly look elsewhere; think twice. (the gentleman who checks the battery) were there promptly to address my request and take care of the vehicle. Mr. Garcia has managed work on the vehicle previously, and my husband and I have found him to be a stellar representative of the Napleton Hyundai dealership. Having worked in an industry where marketing is key, I believe that the service advisor leaves a significant impression upon the customer and their perception of the organization as a whole. Mr. Garcia, as the face of Napleton, and the specialists working on the vehicle behind the scenes, have been extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I respect the quality of their work and their personal touch in handling our inquiries and advising us accordingly when additional services are required for our vehicle. As an example of going the extra mile, my car was blocked in the lot this morning and Mr. Garcia lent his helping hand to maneuver it through the service tunnel so that I could drive out safely onto the street. I commend the management team for creating a professional culture that is truly a well-oiled machine. We certainly convey our appreciation to Jesse Garcia (my husband and I refer to him as "Kaepernick") as well for his professional demeanor and sound advice. We were able to get it to Napleton and they determined it was a part for the starter, repaired it in less than 90 minutes so we were able to get on the road and head home. It was a wonderful experience and I feel it was a very comparable price. Five star customer service! More

BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THESE PEOPLE. I HAD A SERVICE FOR $28 DONE TO MY CAR AND WAS CHARGED $1750 on my credit card. Mike and the rest of the crew are also excellent....Sure any store makes mistakes on occasion and they are quick to restore them ...Would recommend them to anyone.Raul is excellent and will give good deals. Have a Sonata Limited and replaced my wifes Azera recentely due to a accident. More
My wife purchased Genesis with assurances all service and parts were covered by the $ 3900+ extra policies. When servicing the car several hundred dollars of parts were not covered. After the first oil chang parts were covered by the $ 3900+ extra policies. When servicing the car several hundred dollars of parts were not covered. After the first oil change our garage and driveway were flooded with oil because the Napleton mechanic installed the filter incorrectly. Other issues are passed on to incompetents by Mr. Gomila, "Managing Partner". At the dealership they all seem nice and friendly but are wolfs in sheeps clothing. More
