BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THESE PEOPLE. I HAD A SERVICE FOR $28 DONE TO MY CAR AND WAS CHARGED $1750 on my credit card. Mike and the rest of the crew are also excellent....Sure any store makes mistakes on occasion and they are quick to restore them ...Would recommend them to anyone.Raul is excellent and will give good deals. My wife purchased Genesis with assurances all service and parts were covered by the $ 3900+ extra policies. When servicing the car several hundred dollars of parts were not covered. After the first oil chang parts were covered by the $ 3900+ extra policies. When servicing the car several hundred dollars of parts were not covered. After the first oil change our garage and driveway were flooded with oil because the Napleton mechanic installed the filter incorrectly. Other issues are passed on to incompetents by Mr. Gomila, "Managing Partner". At the dealership they all seem nice and friendly but are wolfs in sheeps clothing. More
