Exceptional customer care Although it took 4 visits (1 to make an appointment, 2 to assess problem, 3 to finalize problem and order part and determine if warranty applied to th Although it took 4 visits (1 to make an appointment, 2 to assess problem, 3 to finalize problem and order part and determine if warranty applied to the Canadian car) the 4th visit had my car in and out in an hour and a half, washed and vacuumed and problem solved. I was treated with respect and was well informed about the work. Giovanni was my advisor and he did an outstanding job in customer service. Thank you! More
Excellent Service I brought my 2010 Hyundai in for an oil change, I expressed to the service guy that I was kinda in a hurry and I needed it completed ASAP. That's EXACTLY what he did, he was courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. I'm taking the time to write this review because my attitude was not the best this particular morning. Service Issues On July 9, 2015, I took my Santa Fe in for an oil change & to repair a clogged winshield washer. They cracked the running board when putting the car On July 9, 2015, I took my Santa Fe in for an oil change & to repair a clogged winshield washer. They cracked the running board when putting the car on their lift. Valerie exhibited no customer relation skills when notifying me of the problem, nor was I offered a free oil change. In fact, I found her tone and attitude insulting and rude. Moreover, a new running board was ordered; I was told not to expect it until mid-Sept. It's now Sept 24th; no word, so I followed up. Valerie informed me that the parts manager was out sick, therefore she could not check on my part. I called the parts dept. myself, and spoke to a competent employee who informed me that my part would not be in until mid-November. Until July, I'd been happy with my service at Napleton; guess I have to find a new dealership. More

Napleton advisors and general staff are professional, thorough, courteous, and comprehensive. I completely trust their recommendations as they have made me feel that my vehicle is in the best hands. Prior to a holiday road trip, I brought my car for an inspection and oil change. They discovered an embedded metal barb in my left front wheel, removed it, and patched up the tire. They are like extended family, and we are fortunate to have this level of professionalism and care at our local delearship. More
