This dealership is by far the worse experience ever! I went to look at a car I was interested in from online and I waited so long for someone to assist me. I had a couple questions about the car I was interested in and nobody was anywhere to be found. Once someone finally came,I took the car for a test drive and the salesman wasn't able to answer any of my questions. I'm a first time buyer and I had a lot of questions so assumed he would have some answers at least but no. All he could say was the car is pretty clean , like really? Completely ignore my questions. This location definitely needs more experience in cars before they sell them. He told me that the car was detailed when I can clearly see it wasn't and when I asked what noise that was that the car made when he first started it which was a loud squeek he got real quiet and was like oh its the belt from sitting out here for so long?! Yea right. Not only this experience but I know several people that had a bad experience here as well. More

If you want to deal with people who don't give you straight answers, if you want to be pushed around from one person to another because when you ask a question, nobody knows the answer or, if you want to question an amount on a payoff/buyout, ask one of their wonderfully knowledgeable managers and have them tell you "it's a profit" and 30 seconds later say "It's a Fee" because he doesn't know the difference between fees and profits and quite frankly he doesn't care because when you work at Napleton...you don't have to care or be concerned with anyone or anything, other than Napleton's pocketbook. If you want to drag and prolong what should be a simple process, then Napleton is the place to go however, if you want real professionalism, courtesy and accuracy, do yourself a favor...Go to DELRAY HYUNDAI More

This was my first time leasing. I have always had older cars, needless to say I was extremely nervous. The service area personnel were also very attentive and efficient. Overall it was a very good experience. We love our Sonata and feel that we are in very good hands going forth when our Sonata is due for servicing at Napleton's WPB.
