We told him ( can't remeber his name ) we were paying cash and were anticipating a quick transaction in his office! This manager tried extremely rudly and abnoxioulsy to have us lease our 2015 Sonata instead of purchasing. What shoulD have been a quick transaction took forever. He tried over and over and over to have us lease the vehicle. We told him several times we were not interested in a lease AT ALL but he kept going. He told us he leases both his vehicle, a mercedes and a land rover, ( it says a lot when a car dealer mangager doesn't even drive the product he sells ) and it's the best thing in the universe. In 3 years we would turn in our 2015 Sonata and LEASE a new one and during this period, not spend a dime on the 2015. He said that in 3 years without the lease our 2015 would be basically worthless because of depriciation. At this point my wife and I were ready to get up and walk out of the dealer, but we unfrotunately didn't. Well, it got better. He tried to sell us extra warranties and some product to protect the cars' finish. Once again, we informed him we were not interested in any of it. He said that by the time the car was 3 old it would look like crap and basically self implode because we declined all the extras. He made us feel real stupid by buying this car. Ironically, we bought the car based on its 10 year limited warranty and safety features and reputation after much research. But he wasn't selling any of the great features of this vehicle. Just the Lease and extra warranties so he could make more comission. During part of the process he yelled at some other dealer employee loudly and rudely, as if my wife and I were not sitting in his office and were invisible. This is the worst new car experince we have ever had in our lives. I don't know if we'll ever buy a Hyundai ever again, but we'll probably never go back to Ed Napletons dealer. More

Extremely Satisfied! I went to Napleton West Palm Hyundai to purchase a 2015 Genesis. I was turned over to Caleb Rogieres who worked with me numerous times and with a LOT I went to Napleton West Palm Hyundai to purchase a 2015 Genesis. I was turned over to Caleb Rogieres who worked with me numerous times and with a LOT of patience. My outside financing had not arrived on time although I was led to believe it was on the way. Caleb NEVER lost his patience with me and finally it arrived. I would DEFINITELY recommend Napleton and Caleb especially. More

Napleton had the car make, model and interior that I wanted on the lot. The dealer and the pricing personnel were able to negotiate a decent price and financing plan. I would have liked to know that there would be other warranty plan costs to be added on to the financing cost when getting to the financing department, because the "monthly payment" is what the dealer quote to you and then some. Overall, being my first car buying experience and my first car investment/commitment, Ishmael made the experience a comfortable one, and I love my new vehicle. More

But when I move down I would never buy a serious car or plunk down any serious money at this dealership. More

Was a pleasure to work with at not at all high pressure nor was anyone I interacted with at Napelton. I felt that I got the deal I was looking for on a beauty of a car. I live in Boca but liked everything about the dealership so much that I think its worth the trip to use their service department rather than the one right down the street. Would recommend them for sure. More

Everyone was extremely courteous and I never got the feeling I was being rushed or pressured.Todd Holcomb was my sales associate. Ray Costello was the finance guy. Both are assets to Hyundai. I took the car in to have the coating treatment put on and noticed that the inside door panel had been damaged. The issue was dealt with immediately with no questions asked. New panel was ordered and replaced. More

I am impressed with the Sonata Limited and the professionalism and courtesy of the Sales Rep. Tracy Laughlin, AJ the Manager, and Paul the Finance Officer. They are the example of the perfect staff and how things should be done, and how customers should be treated. More
Took way too long to complete the deal I spent 4 1/2 hours at the dealer to complete what should have taken less than two hours to finalize. Salesman was nice, but I now believe that he misled me to what I was getting. By the time we were ready to see the finance manager we were beat and just wanted to get out of there. The finance manager wore me down and got me to add on things that were overpriced and for the most part a waste. I had to return to the dealer to get this paint protection package put on, and while driving there I used the nav system, which took me to wrong location. I complained that the system was out of date, and they agreed to get me the update. After another trip there and another hour and half to update, there was no difference in the nav system. I called back to let them know, and still waiting to get a call back from service guy. Overall feel that I was not treated well. More
