NO! NO! NO! Bait and switch!!! After negotiating on the phone with Karen and telling her exactly the package we wanted on the car (NUMEROUS TIMES) and the fina Bait and switch!!! After negotiating on the phone with Karen and telling her exactly the package we wanted on the car (NUMEROUS TIMES) and the final price we wanted to pay INCLUDING TAX AND FEES, she came back and said that we were good so we drove to the dealership at 9PM, were greeted by Karen and that was the last we saw of her.We asked to speak with her many times during the transaction but she was always "busy" and not able to meet with us again. The sales manager told us that she never told him we wanted the equipment package we had requested but we were never able to confirm this with Karen as she was kept incommunicado from us. After an hour of a parade of first one salesperson and then another we finally got to the price we were quoted. And then, LO AND BEHOLD, they "discovered" they had made a mistake and were pricing the wrong vehicle that did not have the equipment that we wanted and if we wanted the one we had originally requested it would be almost $4000 more. I have been buying cars for 52 years and that was a new one for me and I thought I had heard it all! Silly me. In addition, we had already gotten a price of $18k for our trade in from CarMax who told us that the rear quarter panel had been painted. (We did not know that as we bought the car as a CERTIFIED USED CAR from BMW and the Carfax was absolutely clean). Napleton said the same thing but was only going to give us $15k for the car and then the sales manager accused me of lying because I did not say that the quarter panel had been painted. This experience was by far the absolute worst I have ever had with a car dealership. I thought all of these tactics were long gone and that the auto sales industry had cleaned up its' act but all of the old and horrible "car saleman" cliches are alive and well at Napleton Hyundai...And it's really a shame on them! RUN AWAY FAST!!!!! More

Napleton advisors and general staff are professional, thorough, courteous, and comprehensive. I completely trust their recommendations as they have made me feel that my vehicle is in the best hands. Prior to a holiday road trip, I brought my car for an inspection and oil change. They discovered an embedded metal barb in my left front wheel, removed it, and patched up the tire. They are like extended family, and we are fortunate to have this level of professionalism and care at our local delearship. More

Napleton Hyundai is inept; 4 trips for same repair. BEWARE Well, this dealership and it manager Raul Gomila have been incompetent, callous, rude and utterly contemptuous. After spending $60,000 for an Equus, Well, this dealership and it manager Raul Gomila have been incompetent, callous, rude and utterly contemptuous. After spending $60,000 for an Equus, the car began pulling right. Four alignments, four new tires, and days of wasted time and still the car pulls right. Raul Gomila told me directly that he would confirm repairs personally. Nope. Not even a call back. Ernie, the placeholder in charge of service also failed to do his job. Fred, the useless Equus guy also failed to do his job. It was only after I called Hyundai corporate headquarters and posted videos showing the abject incompetence of these 3 that Raul Gomila thought it wise to return my calls. Excuse after excuse simply reinforced his incompetence. He actually told me that my car wasn't fixed because someone had jury duty! Jury duty! Napleton Hyundai and Raul Gomila either cannot, will not or do not want to fix my car. In any case they are shockingly incompetent and the rudeness and disregard they have for my safety and my time speak volumes for Hyundai in general. I have 6 drivers in my family and 5 cars. I will never consider Napleton for anything, and neither should you. Hyundai thinks it is good and acceptable for Napleton to treat Equus customers like morons. Hyundai think Napleton is good. Hyundai thinks Raul Gomila is doing his job well. Hyundai lost my business forever. Nice work Raul Gomila, nice work. Anyone considering Hyundai should certainly look elsewhere; think twice. Think very carefully. More

I asked for a manager and got Ron. Told Ron what I wanted an that this was my 3rd Hyundai in 2 years. Ron said he would call me back in 20 minutes. Ron never called. I guess they will only see me for service when I buy my car from somewhere else. Avoid this place if customer service is important to you. More

She had a vehicle all ready for us when we got there based on conversations we had about what we were looking for. My husband and I pulled up and saw this beautiful Sonata sitting out front. He immediately said "I could totally see you in that", sure enough when we met with Sandra that was the car she picked out for us. She gave us so much wonderful information about the vehicle. She took her time explaining all of the features, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the test drive, I love my Sonata and I love the experience we had with Sandra at Napleton's Hyundai. The deal we were negotiating, to lease a Hyundai Sonata, was starting to unravel due to the lower trade in value of my Kia as part of the down payment. My wife and I were ready to leave, completely dejected. But then, the GM Raul Gomila, saved the day. My wife a I really appreciated his involvement to make us happy and finalize the original deal to our satisfaction. He is a credit the company and is a compassionate and understanding person. You can be sure that we will recommend all our friends to visit Napleton if they want superb service from a great team. Allan Baumel More
