Happy with the overall experience from Service to delivery Was looking for a used Santa Fe or Tuscon but selection was very limited. While I was waiting for my wife's car to be fixed Fred Uzarski in service h Was looking for a used Santa Fe or Tuscon but selection was very limited. While I was waiting for my wife's car to be fixed Fred Uzarski in service hooked me up with Todd Holcomb who showed me a Tuscon and went over options and pricing. Todd also answered my follow-up questions by e-mail about the Tuscon or Santa Fe. My wife and I came in to narrow down our choices and met with Don Minehardt who spent a good deal of time showing us cars, doing a couple of test drives and discussing options/prices and working out a deal. (My wife thought the purchase process was too long for a cash deal but we did look at several cars and did some test drives). I realize the business office is where the dealership has the potential to make additional profit but I was surprised to be offered a lease for a car I was paying cash for. Also, I sort of got the feeling I was getting something like a hard sell when I was offered various insurance, service, extended warranty plans and other coverages on a "today only" basis. Don't get me wrong Dawn was very professional in her approach, answered my questions and the paperwork flowed smoothly. It can be a tough job and she does it well. Again, I'm not being critical of Dawn; she was super to deal with. Something that paved the way for this purchase was the good treatment I got from Raul a few years back when we were having problems with the starter on my wifes's Sante Fe. The flat bed brought my wife's car into the lot as the service department was closing. Raul asked if he could help, had the car moved inside, assured me that he would see that the starter got fixed and asked if I needed a ride home. With service like that I told myself that the next time we needed a car I was going to be sure to give Napleton's a shot at my next car purchase.
