The ultimate bait and switch These guys are the poster dealership for the sleazy car salesman. The sales manager, Ricky, made a deal that he realized wasn't in his best interest, These guys are the poster dealership for the sleazy car salesman. The sales manager, Ricky, made a deal that he realized wasn't in his best interest, so he lied about the deal and tried to pull a complete bait and switch. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I agreed to his new terms he then used the old "the suits have to approve this" line in order to back out of the new deal! Since when does a senior Sales Manager get second guessed by his "suites"??? If he reaches that point of senior management he better be able to close a deal! This is a pure case of the negotiator being out negotiated and then using the guys behind the glass window as his out. Be warned, if I could give this place no stars I would. They have perfected the art of "car buyer fatigue"... when they exhaust the buyer by keeping them waiting for hours on end and will agree to be nickel-and-dimed so as to get out of there as soon as possible. If there was one positive...it was Carlo, the local original salesman. He was genuine, down-to-earth, and interested in building a real customer relationship. It wasn't until I met with Ricky that things began to get sleazy. Oh well, our intention is to buy a Hyundai anyway, but it won't be at Napleton that's for sure!!! More
