Leasing vehicle I had a very unpleasant experience with the financing. During discussions with sales on pricing and length of lease we verbally agreed to a 36 month l I had a very unpleasant experience with the financing. During discussions with sales on pricing and length of lease we verbally agreed to a 36 month lease. We ended up signing the contract at close to midnight after being there since 1:30pm with a toddler. Everyone was exhausted and we basically signed documents in a quick manner. After two days I realized I signed a contract for 48 months which was never discussed nor verbally agreed on. This was a very unpleasant experience and I was treated in a very condescending manner by Lynn in Finance basically telling me I was irresponsible for signing a contract and not looking at it. My response to her was that I had no reason to mistrust an entity as Hyundai because I didn't feel I needed to mistrust and look through every document close to midnight and in the conditions that we were in. Thankfully everything was resolved in a timely manner and I was able to get what I was promised and what was agreed to. My salesman Keith was amazing and very professional as well as Lou in finance and Luis in sales. If it wasn't for their professionalism and kindness I would never consider returning to Napleton Hyundai but they made my experience better. More

Right on Target in what I wanted I started with my USAA car insurance and I received numerous calls and emails from various Hyundai dealerships. The one that stood out and helped me I started with my USAA car insurance and I received numerous calls and emails from various Hyundai dealerships. The one that stood out and helped me was Napletons North Palm Beach. When I went there for my scheduled appointment, everyone greeted me and made me feel welcome. I was given to Mr. Daniel Zuniga's to assist me in buying my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport vehicle. He gave me excellent service. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had for him. From the beginning to the end he showed me everything I needed to know in my search in buying my new car. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the marked of buying a new and/or used car.
